Location

The Alia Palace is stylishly integrated into the landscape with a beautiful view over the deep blue Aegean, situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest above the village of Pefkohori. The hotel shuttle runs several times a day free of charge to the village (approx. 500 m) with its restaurants and shopping facilities and to the gently sloping, coarse-sand beach (approx. 900 m). Thessaloniki airport is approx. 97 km away.

The adults-only hotel (bookable for ages 16 and up) with 110 rooms features a 24-hour reception, an air-conditioned restaurant "Poseidon" with a large terrace, an à la carte restaurant "Alia", a lounge coffee bar, an internet center, and a jewelry shop. The outdoor area includes two swimming pools (one of which is heated) with a pool/snack bar and pool terrace as well as sun loungers and umbrellas (included). Pool and beach towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Double room sea view

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, the renovated rooms additionally feature bathrobes and slippers as well as a furnished balcony with direct sea view (DM/MSA/DEM).
Also available for single use (DME).

Suite private pool garden view

The suites feature a double bed and a sofa, bath or shower/WC, bathrobes, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea-making facilities, and a private pool. These are located on the ground floor with a terrace and garden view (C2P/CQ2).
Also available for single use with garden view (S1C) or as a suite with resort view (SP2).

Signature Suite Panorama private pool

The Signature Suites Panorama with private pool are high-quality and modernly furnished. They feature a double bed and a sofa, a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes and hairdryer, air conditioning, 50" flatscreen satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, terrace with a heated private pool, and a fantastic panoramic view of the sea (SPM/IP2).

Villa private pool

Located on the side of the main wing in a quiet area. The villas have a large bathroom with a whirlpool and separate shower cubicle, bathrobes, 50-inch satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), safe, a very high-quality and spacious living area with two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, and a terrace with garden furniture and a private pool (V2).

Breakfast 7:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m., lunch 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m., and dinner with international and Greek specialties 6:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m. in buffet style. During meals, draft beer, wine, ouzo, soft drinks, and fruit juices are included.
During the day, various snacks such as pizza, pinsa, as well as sandwiches and pastries are available from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Various coffee and tea specialties such as espresso, cappuccino, cold coffee specialties as well as ice cream and milkshakes are available at the currently open bar.

Climate Resilience Levy

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.

Arrival by car

From the airport, the route leads in the direction of Chalkidiki/Nea Moudania. After passing Nea Moudania, follow the road towards Chalkidiki/Kassandra. After about 75 km, you will reach the village of Pefkohori. There you will find a sign for the Alia/Atrium hotels on the main road. Turn right here. You will first see the Hotel Atrium, followed by the Alia Palace hotel after a few meters.
