Location

The Alia Palace is stylishly integrated into the landscape with a beautiful view over the deep blue Aegean Sea, situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest above the village of Pefkochori. Several times a day, the free hotel shuttle bus runs to the village (approx. 500 m), which offers restaurants and shopping opportunities, as well as to the gently sloping, coarse sandy beach (approx. 900 m). Thessaloniki airport is approx. 97 km away.

Double room Superior sea view

The renovated Superior rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, but additionally include bathrobes and slippers as well as a furnished balcony with a direct sea view (DMU/DIM/MSA).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DME).

Junior suites private pool

The junior suites feature a double bed and a couch, bath or shower/WC, bathrobes, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and a private pool. These are located on the ground floor with a terrace (ZJP/2TC/JBA).
Also bookable as a saver junior suite (2ZJ) or for single occupancy (EJP).

Junior suite Panorama private pool

The Panorama private pool junior suites are high-quality and modernly furnished. They feature a double bed and a couch, a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes and hairdryer, air conditioning, 50" flatscreen satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with a heatable private pool and a fantastic panoramic view of the sea (QL2/QA2).

Villas

Located to the side of the main building in a quiet area. The villas have a large bathroom with a whirlpool and separate shower cubicle, bathrobes, 50" satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), safe, a very high-quality and spacious living room with two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, and a terrace with garden furniture and a private pool (V2).

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.

Arrival by car

From the airport, the route leads towards Chalkidiki/Nea Moudania. Past Nea Moudania, follow the road towards Chalkidiki/Kassandra. After about 75 km, you reach the village of Pefkochori. There is a sign for the hotels Alia/Atrium on the main road. Turn right here. You will first see the Hotel Atrium, followed by the Hotel Alia Palace after a few meters.
