The Alia Palace is stylishly integrated into the landscape with a beautiful view over the deep blue Aegean Sea, quietly located on the edge of the forest above the village of Pefkochori. The hotel bus runs free of charge to the village (approx. 500 m) with restaurants and shops several times a day, and to the gently sloping, coarse-sand beach (approx. 900 m). Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 97 km away.

The adults-only hotel (bookable for ages 16 and over) with 110 rooms offers a 24-hour reception, an air-conditioned restaurant "Poseidon" with a large terrace, an à la carte restaurant "Alia", a lounge coffee bar, an internet center, and a jewelry store. The outdoor area features two swimming pools (one of them heated) with a pool bar and pool terrace, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas (included). Bath towels are included at the pool and beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The renovated rooms have a double or twin bed and are tastefully furnished with a bath or shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, balcony or terrace with side sea view (DMS/AMS).

The renovated superior rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, additionally offer bathrobes and slippers, as well as a furnished balcony with direct sea view (DMU/DIM/MSA). Also bookable for single occupancy (DME).

The junior suites have a double bed and a sofa, a bath or shower/toilet, bathrobes, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and a private pool. They are located on the ground floor with a terrace (ZJP/2TC/JBA). Also bookable as a budget junior suite (2ZJ) or for single occupancy (EJP).

The panorama junior suites with private pool are high-quality and modernly furnished. They have a double bed and a sofa, a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes and a hairdryer, air conditioning, a 50" flatscreen satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, a terrace with a heated private pool and a fantastic panoramic view of the sea (QL2/QA2).

Located on the side of the main building in a quiet location. The villas have a large bathroom with a whirlpool and a separate shower cubicle, bathrobes, 50" satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), safe, a very high-quality and spacious living area with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a terrace with garden furniture and a private pool (V2).

All meals are served buffet style.

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner with international and Greek specialties from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, served buffet style. During meals, draft beer, wine, ouzo, soft drinks, and fruit juices are included.
Snacks such as pizza, pinsa, sandwiches, and pastries are available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Various coffee and tea specialties such as espresso, cappuccino, cold coffee specialties, as well as ice cream and milkshakes are available at the open bar.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a selection of long drinks and cocktails are included at the open bar from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Drinks may not be taken to the rooms.
