Location

The holiday hotel is situated in a quiet, picturesque bay directly on a gently sloping sandy beach, which has been awarded the EU "Blue Flag". The hotel bus runs to the town of Neos Marmaras twice a day (included, approx. 7 km). Every Friday, the hotel's own bus travels to the town of Nikiti, which is approximately 12 km away (included). Thessaloniki Airport is about 95 km away.

This stylish beach hotel with approx. 200 rooms has been delighting guests of all ages for many years. Entering the luxurious lobby marks the beginning of a holiday full of relaxation and wonderful impressions. Amenities include lounge areas, a lift, and the bar with "Horizon" roof-garden restaurant (occasionally open in the evenings during the low season), which offers creative, culinary à la carte cuisine. The well-kept outdoor area features 2 lagoon-style freshwater swimming pools, one of which is near the beach with a separate children's pool (the main pool and children's pool are heated in April, May, and October) and one in the upper area with a whirlpool, situated in a quiet location with a view of the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach; beach towels are also provided free of charge. Located directly on the beach are the "Ammos" beach bar and the "Yialos" beach tavern, which offers traditional Greek cuisine à la carte. Furthermore, there is a wellness center, mini-market, an amphitheater, and a doctor (at the hotel during specific hours). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Superior Double Room

Attractively and modernly furnished, the rooms feature a double bed with individual air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower cabin, refrigerator, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, sink, kettle, bathrobes and slippers, safe, and Wi-Fi (all included), insect screens on doors and windows, and a balcony or terrace facing the inland side (DSU). Optionally bookable with pool/side sea view (2PW/2ID).

Single Room

These are Superior Double Rooms for single occupancy facing the inland side (DSE) or with pool/side sea view (only bookable for certain periods, 1MP).

schauinsland Junior Suite

With the same size and basic amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these junior suites additionally feature a visually separated living area. Located on the inland side (JL2).

Junior Suite

With the same basic amenities but varying decor, the spacious junior suites offer a visually separated living area and, in the bathroom, an additional bathtub and separate shower cabin, as well as a second evening housekeeping service. The rooms feature a balcony or terrace facing the inland side (JS2).
Optionally bookable as Junior Suite Type B (with garden view, J2B), with side sea/pool view (PSJ), or with direct sea view (JFM).

Wellness & Spa Junior Suite

With the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites, but with additional free entry to the indoor pool of the spacious wellness and spa area per adult aged 16+ (2XR, limited capacity, subject to availability).

Swim Up Junior Suite

With the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located by the upper swimming pool in a quieter area of the hotel. These junior suites feature private loungers on the terrace level, just a few steps away from the swimming pool (V2O).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age requirement of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Maisonette

Located on the first and second floors with the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites, these maisonettes are fully renovated and spacious. They additionally feature an espresso capsule machine, a separable bedroom, and a second bathroom with a shower. Balcony with inland/garden view (M2). Optionally bookable with pool/side sea view (PSH).

Deluxe Suite

The renovated, spacious, and luxuriously furnished suites feature different decor, a bedroom separable by a sliding door, and an espresso capsule machine, while maintaining the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites. Balcony/terrace facing the inland side (SDG). Optionally bookable with pool/side sea view (PSN).
Also optionally bookable by the upper swimming pool in a quieter area of the hotel with 2 private loungers on the terrace and just a few steps away from the swimming pool (X2V).

Suite incl. Spa

Located on the ground floor, these deluxe suites additionally offer a seafront terrace with a small, heatable private pool, aqua-bike, and sea view. The luxurious bathroom includes a whirlpool and a shower cabin. Free entry to the spa area's indoor pool per adult aged 16+ (S2S).

Meals

Half Board/Half Board Plus/Full Board

When booking Half Board, breakfast and dinner are served in buffet form in the main restaurant "Elia". With Full Board, lunch is served as a set menu in the "Yialos" tavern.
Half Board Plus: Includes an additional bottle of still water as well as 1 small beer, 1 glass of house wine, or a soft drink per person at dinner.
Meals at the main restaurant "Elia" are offered with a very rich variety of warm and cold buffets with daily show cooking. At the vitamin buffet, freshly squeezed juices are prepared in the morning and fresh fruit is cut in the evening. A panoramic glass wall separating the restaurant from the kitchen allows guests to watch the kitchen staff preparing the food.
With Half Board, dinner can optionally be taken at one of the à la carte restaurants, the "Yialos" tavern. Guests can dine à la carte in the "Yialos" tavern (with credit applied from the Half Board package).

Children's program

Separate children's pool (heated in April, May, and October) and playground. In the mini-club, 4 to 12-year-olds are supervised by a multilingual team. There is a mini-disco in the amphitheater (or at the children's club) in the evenings. Accompanied by an adult, children can use the heated indoor pool (at specific times, for a fee).

Wellness

Relaxation and recuperation are the main focus in the modern and luxurious "Spa & Health Club". Diverse massages, treatments, and rituals stimulate the senses, refresh body and spirit, and revitalize, thereby enhancing overall well-being.
The extensive range includes classic back, foot, and facial massages, sports massage, Back Hot Revival, beauty treatments, and aroma, water, and color therapy.
Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, Rassoul, heated indoor pool with whirlpool, water grotto, and a relaxation area for chilling out after treatments, as well as a tea and vitamin bar.
All spa offers and treatments are for a fee, and access is permitted only to persons aged 16 and over.

Entertainment

In the evenings, there is a Greek folklore night once a week and live music 4–6 times a week with a changing program. A daily sports, activity, and entertainment program for all ages, as well as evening shows in the amphitheater, are provided by an animation team.

The Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa is actively committed to reducing its ecological footprint. The outdoor car parking areas as well as other parts of the hotel have been equipped with photovoltaic systems, which not only provide shade for the parking spaces but also enable an annual reduction of 480 tons of carbon emissions, equivalent to saving 680 trees.
All indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel have been fitted with LED lights, air conditioning units have been modernized, and further environmental protection measures have been implemented.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.

Arrival by car

The hotel is located on Elia beach, about 7 km before the town of Neos Marmaras. From the airport, follow the route towards Nea Moudania (approx. 55 km). At the intersection at Nea Moudania, turn right towards Sithonia and follow the road for about 35 km until Nikiti. There, at the intersection, turn right towards Neos Marmaras. After about 10 km, the hotel will appear on the right side.
