Location

The vacation hotel is quietly situated in a picturesque bay, directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, which has been awarded the EU "Blue Flag". The hotel shuttle bus runs to the town of Neos Marmaras twice a day (included, approx. 7 km). The town of Nikiti is about 12 km away and the airport is around 95 km away.

The stylish beach hotel with approx. 200 rooms has been delighting guests of all ages for many years. Upon entering the luxurious lobby, a vacation full of relaxation and wonderful impressions begins. Amenities include lounges, an elevator, and the "Horizon" roof garden restaurant (occasionally open in the evenings during the low season), which offers creative à la carte culinary cuisine. In the well-kept outdoor area, there are 2 lagoon-style freshwater swimming pools, one of which is near the beach with a separate children's pool (the main pool and children's pool are heated in April, May, and October) and one in the upper area with a whirlpool, quietly located with a view of the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach; bath towels are also available free of charge. Directly on the beach is the "Ammos" beach bar and the "Yialos" beach tavern, where traditional Greek cuisine is offered à la carte. Furthermore, there is a wellness center, a mini-market, an amphitheater, and a doctor (at the hotel for a few hours). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Superior Double Room

Attractively and modernly furnished with individual air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle, refrigerator, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, sink, electric kettle, bathrobes and slippers, safe and Wi-Fi (each included), insect screens on doors and windows, balcony or terrace on the land side (DSU). Can also be booked with pool/side sea view (2PW/2ID).

Single Room

These are Superior Double Rooms for single use on the land side (DSE) or with pool/side sea view (only bookable for certain periods, 1MP).

Junior Suite schauinsland

With the same size and basic equipment as the Superior Double Rooms, these Junior Suites additionally feature an optically separated living area (JL2).

Junior Suite

With the same basic equipment, but with different decor, the spacious Junior Suites offer an optically separated living area and, in the bathroom, an additional bathtub and separate shower cubicle, as well as a second cleaning service in the evening. The rooms have a balcony or terrace on the land side (JS2).
Can also be booked as Junior Suite Type B (with garden view, J2B), with side sea/pool view (PSJ) or with frontal sea view (JFM).

Junior Suite Wellness & Spa

With the same basic equipment as the Junior Suites, but additionally with free entry to the indoor pool of the spacious Wellness and Spa area per adult from 16 years (2XR, limited capacity, subject to availability).

Junior Suite Swim up

With the same basic equipment as the Junior Suites, these are located at the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel. The Junior Suites with private sun loungers are located on the swimming pool level, feature 2 private sun loungers on the terrace, and are only a few steps away from the swimming pool (V2O).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Maisonette

Located on the first and second floor and with the same basic equipment as the Junior Suites, the Maisonettes are completely renovated and spacious. They also feature an espresso capsule machine, a separable bedroom, and a 2nd bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. Balcony with land/garden view (M2). Can also be booked with pool/side sea view (PSH).

Deluxe Suite

The renovated, spacious, and luxuriously furnished suites feature different decor than the Junior Suites, with the same basic equipment, a bedroom separable by a sliding door, as well as an espresso capsule machine. Balcony/terrace on the land side (SDG). Can also be booked with pool/side sea view (PSN).
Also available at the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel with 2 private sun loungers on the terrace and only a few steps away from the swimming pool (X2V).

Suite incl. Spa

The Deluxe Suites are located on the ground floor and additionally offer a seafront terrace with a small private heated pool, aqua-bike, and sea view. The luxurious bathroom offers a whirlpool as well as a shower cubicle. Free entry to the indoor pool of the Spa area per adult from 16 years (S2S).

Meals

Half Board/Full Board

When booking half board, breakfast and dinner are offered in buffet form in the "Elia" main restaurant, and with full board, lunch is offered as a menu in the "Yialos" tavern.
Meals in the "Elia" main restaurant are offered with very rich warm and cold buffets with daily show cooking. Freshly squeezed juices are prepared in the morning and freshly cut fruit in the evening at the vitamin buffet. Through a panoramic glass wall that separates the restaurant and kitchen, you can watch the kitchen staff preparing the dishes.
With half board, dinner can optionally be taken in one of the à-la-carte restaurants, the "Yialos" tavern. In the "Yialos" tavern, guests can dine à la carte (with half-board deduction).

Children's program

Separate children's pool (heated in April, May, and October) and playground. In the mini-club, 4- to 12-year-olds are looked after by a multilingual team. In the evening, there is a mini-disco in the amphitheater (or in the children's club). When accompanied, children can use the heated indoor pool (at certain times, for a fee).

Wellness

In the modern and luxurious "Spa & Health Club", relaxation and recreation are the priority. The diverse massages, treatments, and rituals stimulate the senses, stimulate the body and mind, and revitalize, thereby strengthening overall well-being.
The extensive offer includes classic back, foot, and facial massages, sports massage, Back Hot Revival, beauty treatments, and aroma, water, and color therapy.
Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, Rassoul, heated indoor pool with whirlpool, water grotto, and a relaxation zone for resting after treatments as well as a tea and vitamin bar.

Entertainment

In the evenings, there is a Greek folklore night once a week and live music 4-6 times a week with a changing program. A daily sports, activity, and entertainment program for young and old and evening shows in the amphitheater are offered by an animation team.

Arrival by car

The hotel is located on Elia beach, about 7 km before the town of Neos Marmaras. From the airport, the route leads towards Nea Moudania (approx. 55 km). At the intersection near Nea Moudania, turn right towards Sithonia and follow the road for about 35 km to Nikiti. There, at the intersection, turn right towards Neos Marmaras. After about 10 km, the hotel appears on the right side.
