Location

Your holiday hotel is quietly located in a picturesque bay, directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, which has been awarded the EU "Blue Flag". The hotel bus runs twice daily to the town of Neos Marmaras (included, approx. 7 km). The town of Nikiti is about 12 km away and the airport around 95 km.

The stylish beach hotel with approx. 200 rooms has been delighting guests of all ages for many years. Entering the luxurious reception hall marks the beginning of a holiday full of relaxation and wonderful impressions. Amenities include lounges, an elevator, and the bar with the roof garden restaurant "Horizon" (occasionally open in the evenings during the off-season), which offers creative à la carte culinary cuisine. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 lagoon-shaped freshwater swimming pools, one near the beach with a separate children's pool (the main pool and children's pool are heated in April, May, and October) and one in the upper area with a whirlpool, quietly situated with a sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach; towels are also provided free of charge. Directly on the beach, you'll find the beach bar "Ammos" and the beach taverna "Yialos," which serves traditional Greek à la carte cuisine. There is also a wellness center, a mini-market, an amphitheater, and a doctor (available at the hotel for a few hours). Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double Room Superior

Appealingly and modernly furnished with individual air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower cubicle, refrigerator, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, sink, kettle, bathrobes and slippers, safe and Wi-Fi (all included), insect screens on doors and windows, balcony or terrace facing the land (DSU). Optionally also available with pool/side sea view (2PW/2ID).

Single Room

Are Double Rooms Superior for single occupancy facing the land (DSE) or with pool/side sea view (only bookable during specific periods, 1MP).

Junior Suite schauinsland

With the same size and basic amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these Junior Suites additionally feature a visually separated living area (JL2).

Junior Suite

With the same basic amenities but different decor, the spacious Junior Suites offer a visually separated living area and additionally a bathtub and separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, as well as a second cleaning service in the evening. The rooms have a balcony or terrace facing the land (JS2).
Optionally also bookable as Junior Suite Type B (with garden view, J2B), with side sea/pool view (PSJ) or with frontal sea view (JFM).

Junior Suite Wellness & Spa

With the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites, but also free entry to the indoor pool of the spacious wellness and spa area per adult aged 16+ (2XR, limited contingent, subject to availability).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located by the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel. The Junior Suites have private loungers on the terrace, just a few steps from the swimming pool (V2O).
"The Swim Up Junior Suites are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately."

Maisonette

Located on the first and second floors and with the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites, the Maisonettes are completely renovated and spaciously equipped. They also feature an espresso capsule machine, a separate sleeping area, and a second bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. Balcony with land/garden view (M2). Optionally also available with pool/side sea view (PSH).

Deluxe Suite

The renovated, spacious, and luxuriously furnished suites have the same basic amenities as the Junior Suites but with a different decor, a sleeping area separated by a sliding door, and an espresso capsule machine. Balcony/terrace facing the land (SDG). Optionally also available with pool/side sea view (PSN).
Optionally also available by the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel with 2 private loungers on the terrace and just a few steps from the swimming pool (X2V).

Suite incl. Spa

The Deluxe Suites are located on the ground floor and additionally offer a sea-front terrace with a small heated private pool, aqua bike, and sea view. The luxurious bathroom features a whirlpool and a shower cubicle. Free entry to the indoor pool of the spa area per adult aged 16+ (S2S).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast buffet. Half board includes dinner.
Meals are served in the main restaurant "Elia" with extensive hot and cold buffets and daily show cooking. At the Vitamin Buffet, fresh juices are prepared in the morning and fresh fruit slices in the evening. You can watch the kitchen staff prepare the meals through a panoramic glass wall separating the restaurant and the kitchen.
With half board, dinner can also be taken in one of the à la carte restaurants, Taverna "Yialos" or "Roofgarden Restaurant Horizon." In the Taverna "Yialos," guests can choose between a set menu (no extra charge) and à la carte (with half board credit); in the "Roofgarden Restaurant Horizon," guests can dine à la carte (with half board credit).

Sports included

Tennis, table tennis, darts, beach volleyball court, fitness room (ages 16+).

Children's program

Separate children's pool (heated in April, May, and October) and playground. In the Mini-Club, children aged 4 to 12 are supervised by a multilingual team. In the evening, there's a mini-disco in the amphitheater (or in the children's club). Accompanied by an adult, children can use the heated indoor pool (at specific times, for a fee).

In the modern and luxurious "Spa & Health Club," you can experience relaxation and rejuvenation anew. The numerous massages, treatments, and rituals will uniquely stimulate your senses, invigorate your body and mind, and thus enhance your overall well-being.
The extensive offering includes classic back, foot, and facial massages, sports massage, Back Hot Revival, beauty treatments, and aroma, water, and color therapy.
Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, Rassoul, heated indoor pool with whirlpool, water grotto, and a relaxation area for unwinding after treatments, as well as a tea and vitamin bar.
All services and treatments in the spa are subject to a fee, and access is restricted to individuals aged 16 and over.

Entertainment

Once a week, there is a Greek folklore evening, and 4-6 times a week, there is live music with a varied program. A daily sports, activity, and entertainment program for adults and children, as well as evening shows in the amphitheater, are offered by an animation team.

The Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa is actively committed to reducing its ecological footprint. The outdoor parking spaces and other parts of the hotel have been equipped with photovoltaic systems, which not only provide shade for the parking spaces but also enable an annual reduction of 480 tons of carbon emissions, equivalent to saving 680 trees.
All interior and exterior areas of the hotel have been equipped with LED lighting, the air conditioning systems have been modernized, and other environmental protection measures have been implemented.

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
