Location

The luxury resort is located on a sandy beach on the coast of the Thermaic Gulf, just 4 km from the town of Nea Moudania, with views of Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea with breathtaking sunsets. A bus transfer is provided by the hotel on weekdays to Nea Moudania and Nea Potidea. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 60 km away.

The luxury Portes Lithos hotel offers direct access to the sea with a sandy beach stretch of over 250 meters. It consists of 130 spacious rooms and suites, a lobby, 24-hour reception, elevator, TV lounge, main restaurant "Alyki", à-la-carte restaurant "Skinos" on the beach, rooftop terrace (June 1st - Sept 30th, 7 PM - midnight, Summer 2027), a mobile snack cart (from Summer 2027, included in All Inclusive bookings during high season), a lobby bar, and a mini-market. In the large garden area, there is a swimming pool as well as two sharing pools for the adjacent rooms, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas as well as beach towels are included at the pool and beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

The Superior Double Rooms feature one double bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee, free of charge for All-Inclusive guests with daily replenishment), espresso machine, kettle, balcony or terrace and side sea view (D2S). Can also be booked for single use (1SD) or without side sea view for single use (DSE).

Superior Double Room private sun loungers garden view

Feature the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms and are located on the ground floor with a charming view of the garden. Private sun loungers are available for guests on the terrace (DLU). Also available as Type A (EDG).

Superior Double Room sharing pool

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Room with side sea view, these feature a double bed and are located on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the sharing pool (P2H, without side sea view).

Rooms with direct access to the sharing pool do not have their own lifeguard and pose an increased risk potential for small children and non-swimmers. Therefore, the duty of supervision at the pool lies with the legal guardians.

Seafront Junior Suite

The Seafront Junior Suites feature a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, are located at the beach and have a balcony or terrace (JF2).

Loft Suite side sea view

The 2-story Loft Suites are located on the first floor of the building and consist of an open-plan upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed and shower/WC, and a ground floor with a living/bedroom and shower/WC. They also feature bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, and a terrace with side sea view (2LQ).
Optionally also bookable as Loft Suite Seafront (LF2) located directly on the beach.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1st, 2025.
