Location

The luxury resort is situated on a sandy beach on the coast of the Thermaikos Gulf, just 4 km from the town of Nea Moudania, overlooking Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea with breathtaking sunsets. A bus transfer is provided by the hotel to Nea Moudania and Nea Potidea on weekdays. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 60 km away.

The luxurious Portes Lithos hotel offers direct access to the sea with a sandy beach stretching over 250 meters. It consists of 130 spacious rooms and suites, lobby, 24-hour reception, elevator, TV lounge, main restaurant "Alyki", à-la-carte restaurant "Skinos" on the beach, rooftop terrace (June 1st–Sept 30th, 7:00 PM–midnight, Summer 2027), mobile snack cart (from Summer 2027; included in high season with All Inclusive booking), lobby bar, and mini-market. In the large garden area, there are 3 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are included at the pool and beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Superior Double Room with side sea view

The Superior double rooms feature a double bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee; free for All Inclusive guests with daily replenishment), espresso machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, and side sea view (D2S). Can also be booked for single occupancy (1SD) or as a double room for single occupancy without side sea view (DSE).
Also optionally bookable as a Superior Double Room Seafront (RF2/I2T/).

Superior Double Room with private loungers and garden view

These feature the same amenities as the Superior double rooms and are located on the ground floor with an enchanting view of the garden. Private loungers are available for guests on the terrace (DLU). Also optionally bookable as Type A (EDG).

Superior Double Room with sharing pool

Feature the same amenities as the Superior double room with side sea view, include a double bed, and are located on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the sharing pool (P2H, without side sea view).

Junior Suite Seafront

The Seafront junior suites feature a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, are located by the beach, and have a balcony or terrace (JF2).

Loft Suite with side sea view

The 2-story loft suites are located on the first floor of the building and consist of an open-plan upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed and shower/WC, and a lower floor with a living room/bedroom and shower/WC. They also feature bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, and a terrace with side sea view (2LQ).
Optionally bookable as a Loft Suite Seafront (LF2) located directly on the beach.

Breakfast 7:00 AM–10:30 AM, lunch 12:30 PM–2:30 PM, and dinner 6:30 PM–9:30 PM in buffet style with live cooking and various themed evenings in the main restaurant.
During lunch or dinner, one bottle of water, draft beer, house wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and juices are included.
Lunch or dinner can be enjoyed once per week in the beach restaurant "Skinos" (reservation required). The beach restaurant offers light dishes, snacks, salads, and fruits during the day from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
At the pool bar, guests receive a selection of snacks, fruits, and ice cream from 11:00 AM–11:00 PM.
A mobile snack cart offers snacks, salads, ice cream, and fruits in the high season from 12:00 PM–6:00 PM (from Summer 2027).
The in-room minibar is filled daily with soft drinks, water, beer, juice, and nuts.
A selection of coffee and tea specialties, national and international spirits, wine, cocktails, long drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bar from 8:00 AM–midnight.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 01/01/2025.
