Location

The luxury resort is situated on a sandy beach on the coast of the Thermaikos Gulf, just 4 km from the town of Nea Moudania, overlooking Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea with stunning sunsets. A bus transfer is provided by the hotel on weekdays to Nea Moudania and Nea Potidea. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 60 km away.

The luxurious Portes Lithos hotel offers direct access to the sea with a sandy beach stretching over 250 meters. It consists of 130 spacious rooms and suites, a lobby, 24-hour reception, elevator, TV lounge, "Alyki" main restaurant, "Skinos" à-la-carte restaurant by the beach, lobby bar, and mini-market. In the large garden area, there are 3 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool and beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Superior double room with side sea view

The superior double rooms feature a king-size bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee, free of charge for All Inclusive guests including daily refill), espresso machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, and side sea view (D2S). Can also be booked for single use (1SD) or for single use without side sea view (DSE).
Optionally also bookable as Superior Seafront double room (RF2/I2T/).

Superior double room with private loungers and garden view

Feature the same facilities as the superior double rooms and are located on the ground floor with an enchanting view of the garden. Private sun loungers are available for guests on the terrace (DLU). Optionally also bookable as Type A (EDG).

Superior double room with sharing pool

With the same facilities as the superior double room with side sea view, these feature a king-size bed and are located on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the sharing pool (P2H, without side sea view).

Seafront junior suite

The seafront junior suites feature a king-size bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, are located at the beach, and have a balcony or terrace (JF2).

Loft suite with side sea view

The 2-story loft suites are located on the first floor of the building and consist of an open upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed and shower/WC, and a living/bedroom on the lower floor with a shower/WC. They also feature bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, and a terrace with side sea view (2LQ).
Optionally also bookable as a Loft suite Seafront (LF2) located directly on the beach.

Breakfast 7:00–10:30 AM, lunch 12:30–2:30 PM, and dinner 6:30–9:30 PM in buffet style with live cooking and various themed evenings in the main restaurant.
During lunch or dinner, a bottle of water, draft beer, house wine, soft drinks, and juices are included.
Lunch or dinner can optionally be enjoyed once a week at the "Skinos" beach restaurant (reservation required). The beach restaurant offers light dishes, snacks, salads, and fruit during the day from 10 AM to 6 PM.
At the pool bar, guests receive a selection of snacks, fruit, and ice cream from 11 AM to 11 PM.
The in-room minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks, water, beer, juice, wine, and nuts.

Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been staggered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room.
