This family-run resort, now in its third generation, combines the traditional landscape of Chalkidiki with its olive groves and the breathtaking view of the turquoise waters of the Toronean Gulf. You can explore the endless beaches of Kassandra and Sithonia and discover their crystal-clear water. The village of Gerakini, with its shops, bars, and restaurants, is just 1 km from the resort. A bus stop is located about 300m away, while Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 65 km away.

This holiday resort, very popular with returning guests and families, is bookable on the German market as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original. Continuous renovations over the past few years have turned the established hotel into a modern facility with chic rooms and many amenities, without losing its typical Greek charm and familiar friendly service. The hotel consists of several buildings with a total of 140 rooms spread throughout the well-maintained garden area and features a lobby with reception, a bar/À-la-Carte Gourmet Bistro "Panorama" with an outdoor terrace offering magnificent views, a satellite TV corner, Wi-Fi (included), the main restaurant "Mediterranean", and the "Agora" boutique/mini-market. Also overlooking the sea in the outdoor area are the swimming pool, a separate children's pool with a sun terrace, and the "Aegean" pool bar. Directly on the beach, the "Aura" lounge bar provides refreshments. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. For AI guests, loungers and umbrellas at the beach (a set consisting of two loungers and one umbrella per room) are included. A set of pool towels is provided free of charge (free change every three days).
Since summer 2025, the newly designed beach area has been available for even more relaxation and leisure. The "Aura Beach Lounge" directly on the beach awaits guests with two comfortable seating areas with shaded spots, including poufs, plenty of plants, and atmospheric lighting. Additionally, various garden areas offer spaces for relaxation such as yoga and Pilates, as well as the opportunity to watch movies and sports events under the open sky. Rounded off with renewed paths, showers, changing rooms, and comfortable sun loungers, the area right by the sea is the ideal feel-good place for young and old alike.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View (Summer 2026)

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Room Sea View, the Deluxe Double Rooms are more modernly furnished and feature a semi-open bathroom. All guests additionally receive the following services: daily stocked minibar (1 bottle of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 fruit juices, 2 beers), fast internet access, and an espresso machine incl. 2 capsules per day. A luggage rack is available (DDM).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View Renovated

Freshly renovated for Summer 2026, these Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View feature a new design and, in addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, include bathroom toiletries, a cosmetic mirror, a 43" smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. All guests additionally receive the following services: daily stocked minibar (1 bottle of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 fruit juices, 2 beers). Featuring the same amenities as the Family Suite Sea View, these include a living/bedroom, a separate bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, making them particularly suitable for families with 2 children. Guests enjoy a panoramic view of the sea from the spacious balcony (SXP).

The "Mediterranean" main restaurant opens its doors for main meals. A varied breakfast buffet with show cooking awaits you from 6:30-10:30 a.m., including filter coffee, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, tea, juices, and water. A lunch buffet with changing dishes is available from 1:00-2:30 p.m. Dinner, served from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., also features a buffet with three theme nights per week and a show-cooking station. Soft drinks, wine, beer, tea, coffee specialties, juices, brandy, ouzo, and water are included with meals. For children, there is a separate mini-buffet at lunch and dinner with fries, nuggets, and pasta dishes.
Soft ice cream and snacks as well as pastries (sweet and savory) are offered from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the À-la-carte Panorama Restaurant and the "Aegean" pool bar. In a weekly selection, our guests receive items including mini-club sandwiches, tortillas, baguette sandwiches, crackers, and traditional Greek pastries. Desserts and fresh fruit are also served daily.
The pool bar serves soft drinks, coffee specialties, hot chocolate, tea, iced tea, water, draft beer, wine, ouzo, brandy, and cocktails (Screwdriver, Tequila Sunrise, Pina Colada, Cuba Libre, Aperol Spritz, Wine Spritz) from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., as well as long drinks with gin, vodka, rum, tequila, brandy, bitters, or whiskey.
In the À-la-carte Panorama Restaurant, additional beverages such as beer, premium aperitifs and liqueurs, other branded spirits, and cocktails (Mojito, Screwdriver, Tequila Sunrise, Pina Colada, Cuba Libre, Aperol Spritz, Wine Spritz, Ouzo cocktails) as well as long drinks with gin, vodka, rum, tequila, brandy, bitters, or whiskey are also included from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
At the "Aura" beach bar, instant coffee, frappe, beer, soft drinks, iced tea, juices, and cocktails (Pina Colada, Screwdriver, Tequila Sunrise, Pink Mastiha, Cuba Libre) are available from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Gluten-free options are offered in the restaurants.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants (smart casual).

Entertainment

The animation team offers various sports and entertainment options for adults and children 6 days a week (except Mondays). In the morning, various activities such as sports, yoga, water games, etc., are offered, and in the evening, performances, competitions, pool parties, shows, and theme nights for every taste. During the Greek evening, guests get a good insight into Greek culture through a series of traditional activities such as folk dancing. There is also a live music evening with Greek and international songs.
