Facilities

This modern luxury resort comprises 136 rooms and junior suites, as well as 155 bungalows and suites. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk and the main restaurant "Flavors" with a dreamlike sea view. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent cuisine in five à la carte restaurants, inviting guests to enjoy culinary delights. Choices include "Fresco" (Italian), Anaya (Asian), Ouzo (Greek), "Provence" (French), and "The Garden" (International). Six bars and an ice cream parlor scattered throughout the resort provide refreshments.
The expansive, well-maintained outdoor area features a lagoon pool (freshwater) with a separate children's/baby pool, and a main pool with a separate children's pool. All pools are heated. An exclusive waiter service ensures that guests can enjoy their drinks by the pool and on the beach. There is also an indoor pool with a wellness area (for ages 16 and above). Towels, sunbeds, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.
For enhanced tranquility, designated adult-only areas are available from age 16 onwards on the beach, at the main pool, and in the main restaurant, as well as the entire spa area.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The spacious and modern Superior Rooms feature a seating area, Wi-Fi (included), DVD and CD player, Nespresso machine, tea and coffee maker, daily replenished minibar, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, electronic safe (included), air conditioning/heating, shower/WC, luxury toiletries, turndown service, and a balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking the inland (DSU).
Available as Super Saver rooms (SSZ), Super Saver rooms with sea view (SSM, max. 2+0), Superior Double Rooms with sea view (DMU), and also with pool view (DSP).

Panorama Junior Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Rooms, the Panorama Junior Suites offer a magnificent panoramic sea view (JPM). Sofa beds are available for a 3rd or 4th person.

Bungalow Garden View

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms, with a balcony or terrace and garden view (BG2).

Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but also feature a spacious and elegant living area and a separate bedroom for added privacy and relaxation, as well as a balcony with garden view (B12). Available as Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom Private Garden, with a private garden, 2 sun loungers and garden view (G2G), or as Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom Sea View with balcony (2TX).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the Bungalow 1 Bedroom with private garden, these suites are more spacious and feature pool view as type C (BT2). Guests can also use the "Deluxe Collection Area". Available as Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom with garden view and private pool as type B (B2B), as well as with a private garden as type A (B2A), or only facing the beach with a balcony (2BD).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom, these suites are more spacious and feature an additional bedroom with a private garden (S2I). Available as Deluxe Bungalow Suite 2 Bedrooms with private pool (22U) or beachfront with private garden (B2Z), sea view with private garden (22V), or only beachfront with balcony (B22).

The main restaurant "Flavors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 11 AM, a lunch buffet from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, also served buffet-style with themed evenings. Dinner is also available in the à la carte restaurants by reservation. Furthermore, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine at restaurants outside the hotel, requiring a reservation through the hotel.
National and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 9 AM to 2 AM.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and replenished daily. Guests can enjoy drinks at the beach bar or use the drink and snack service that serves cocktails and other beverages directly to their sunbed.

Sports included

For those seeking activity, a range of sports facilities are offered, including two tennis courts, a bicycle and fitness center, and ample space for running. Additionally, there are darts, chess, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, and aerobics. Some water sports activities such as canoes, pedalos, and SUPs can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability.

Sports for a fee

Catamaran sailing, swimming lessons, football school, tennis school, sailing school, water skiing, banana boat, jet ski, and private boat tours. Furthermore, guests at Ikos Olivia can enjoy a special entertainment program with daily activities such as bocce ball, Greek dance classes, and cooking classes.

Children of all ages will surely find their favorite activity at the Hero Kids Club. The multilingual mini-club and youth club offer professional childcare. The club boasts a diverse program with story hours, face and t-shirt painting, mime, mini-disco, cookie baking, pool games, table tennis, and much more. It is divided into the following age groups: Creche Club (6 months to 3 years, from 10 AM-1 PM, 1 PM-3 PM, and 3 PM-6 PM, for a fee), Mini Club (4 to 12 years, from 10:30 AM-1 PM, 1 PM-3 PM, and 3:30 PM-6 PM), and Teen Club (12 to 17 years, from 10:30 AM-1 PM and 3:30 PM-6 PM).

Wellness

The Ikos Spa (for ages 16 and above) offers the following facilities (by reservation): six private treatment rooms, including a couples' suite, indoor and heated outdoor pool with a whirlpool and garden views. There is also a fitness studio, relaxation area, thermal suite consisting of a hammam and sauna, steam bath, hair salon, nail studio, and a beauty corner with Anne Semonin products.

There is an endless variety of evening entertainment for every taste, including musicals, live performances, movies, children's shows, beach parties, and a wide selection of DVDs available at the reception.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room.
