Facilities

This modern luxury resort consists of 136 rooms and junior suites as well as 155 bungalows and suites. Facilities include a lobby with a reception and the main restaurant "Flavors" with a breathtaking view of the sea. In addition, the hotel offers outstanding cuisine in five à-la-carte restaurants, which invite you to enjoy high-quality culinary evenings. Choices include the restaurants "Fresco" (Italian), "Anaya" (Asian), "Ouzo" (Greek), "Provence" (French), and "The Garden" (International). Six bars and a gelateria are distributed throughout the grounds to provide refreshments.
In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, there is a lagoon pool (freshwater) with a separate children's/baby pool and a main pool with a separate children's pool. All pools are heated. An exclusive waiter service ensures that you can enjoy your drinks by the pool and on the beach. There is also an indoor pool with a spa area (for ages 16 and up). Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach.
For extra peace and quiet, designated adults-only areas (16+) are available at the beach, at the main pool, and in the main restaurant, as well as the entire spa area.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The spacious and modern superior rooms feature a seating area, Wi-Fi (included), DVD and CD player, Nespresso machine, tea and coffee making facilities, daily restocked minibar, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, electronic safe (included), air conditioning/heating, shower/WC, luxury toiletries, turndown service, and a balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking the inland (DSU).
Also available as a Super Saver room (SSZ), Super Saver room with sea view (SSM, max. 2+0), Superior Double Room with sea view (DMU), or pool view (DSP).

Panorama Junior Suites

With otherwise the same amenities as the superior rooms, the Panorama Junior Suites feature a magnificent panoramic view of the sea (JPM). Sofa beds are available for a 3rd or 4th person.

Bungalow Garden View

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms, with a balcony or terrace and garden view (BG2).

Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but also feature a spacious, elegant living area and a separate bedroom for more privacy and relaxation, as well as a balcony with a garden view (B12). Optionally available as a Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom Private Garden with a private garden, 2 sun loungers, and garden view (G2G), or as a Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom Sea View with balcony (2TX).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the 1-bedroom bungalows with a private garden, these are more spacious and feature a pool view as Type C (BT2). Furthermore, guests can use the "Deluxe Collection Area". Optionally bookable with garden view and private pool as Type B (B2B), with a private garden as Type A (B2A), or on the beach side with a balcony (2BD).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom, these are more spacious and feature an additional bedroom with a private garden (S2I). Optionally available with a private pool (22U), beachfront with private garden (B2Z), sea view with private garden (22V), or beachfront with balcony (B22).

The main restaurant "Flavors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30-11:00, a lunch buffet from 12:30-14:30, and dinner from 18:30-21:30, also in buffet form with theme nights. Dinner is also possible in the à-la-carte restaurants upon reservation. In addition, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine in restaurants outside the hotel; a reservation through the hotel is required.
Domestic and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 09:00-02:00.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and is restocked daily. At the beach, guests can enjoy drinks at the beach bar or use the drink/snack service, which serves cocktails and other drinks directly to the sun lounger.

Sports included

To keep active, a range of sports facilities is offered, including two tennis courts, a bicycle and fitness center, and plenty of space to use your running shoes. There is also darts, chess, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini-football, and aerobics. Some water sports such as canoes, pedalos, and SUPs can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability.

Sports for a fee

Catamaran sailing, swimming school, football academy, tennis academy, sailing school, water skiing, banana boat, jet skiing, and private boat tours. Furthermore, guests at Ikos Olivia can enjoy a special entertainment program. Various activities such as bocce games, Greek dance classes, and cooking classes are organized daily.

Children's program

Separate children's and baby pools and a playground.
Children of all ages are sure to find their favorite activities at the Hero Kids Club. The multilingual mini club and youth club offer professional childcare. The club stands out with its diverse program including storytelling, face and t-shirt painting, pantomime, mini-disco, cookie baking, pool games, table tennis, and much more. It is divided into the following age groups: Crèche Club (6 months to 3 years, 10:00-13:00, 13:00-15:00, and 15:00-18:00, for a fee), Mini Club (4 to 12 years, 10:30-13:00, 13:00-15:00, and 15:30-18:00), and Teen Club (12 to 17 years, 10:30-13:00 and 15:30-18:00).

Wellness

Ikos Spa (ages 16+) offers the following facilities (by reservation): six private treatment rooms, including a couple's suite, indoor and heated outdoor pool with whirlpool and views of the evergreen gardens. There is also a gym, relaxation area, thermal suite consisting of hammam and sauna, steam bath, hair salon, nail studio, and a beauty corner with Anne Sémonin products.

Entertainment

There is an endless choice of evening entertainment for every taste, such as musicals, live performances, films, children's shows, beach parties, and a large selection of DVDs at the reception.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
