Facilities

This modern luxury resort consists of 136 rooms and junior suites as well as 155 bungalows and suites. Facilities include a lobby with reception and the main restaurant "Falvors" with stunning sea views. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent cuisine in five à-la-carte restaurants, which invite you to high-quality culinary evenings. You can choose from the restaurants "Fresco" (Italian), Anaya (Asian), Ouzo (Greek), "Provence" (French), and "The Garden" (international). Spread throughout the resort are six bars and a gelateria for refreshments.
In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, there is a lagoon pool (freshwater) with a separate children's/baby pool and a main pool with a separate children's pool. All pools are heated. Exclusive waiter service ensures you can enjoy your drinks at the pool and on the beach. There is also an indoor pool with a spa area (for ages 16 and up). Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach.
For even more peace and quiet, designated areas for adults only are available at the beach, the main pool, and in the main restaurant, as well as in the entire spa area for guests aged 16 and older.

Superior Double Room

The spacious and modern superior rooms feature a seating area, Wi-Fi (included), DVD and CD player, Nespresso machine, tea and coffee making facilities, daily replenished minibar, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, electronic safe (included), air conditioning/heating, shower/WC, luxury toiletries, turndown service, and a balcony with table and two chairs as well as inland views (DSU).
Also available as super saver room (SSZ), super saver room with sea view (SSM, max. 2+0), superior double room with sea view (DMU), or pool view (DSP).

Panorama Junior Suites

With otherwise the same amenities as the superior rooms, the Panorama Junior Suites offer magnificent panoramic sea views (JPM). Sofa beds are available for a 3rd or 4th person.

Bungalow Garden View

The bungalows are equipped like the superior doubles, with a balcony or terrace and garden view (BG2).

Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

The bungalows are equipped like the superior double rooms but also feature a spacious and elegant living room and a separate bedroom for more privacy and relaxation, as well as a balcony with garden view (B12). Also bookable as Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom Private Garden with a private garden, 2 sun loungers, and garden view (G2G), or as Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom Sea View with balcony (2TX).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom with private garden, these are more spacious and feature a pool view as type C (BT2). Furthermore, guests can use the "Deluxe Collection Area". Also bookable with garden view and private pool as type B (B2B), with a private garden as type A (B2A), or facing the beach with a balcony (2BD).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 2 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom, these are more spacious and feature 1 additional bedroom with a private garden (S2I). Also bookable with a private pool (22U), beachfront with private garden (B2Z), sea view with private garden (22V), or beachfront with balcony (B22).

The main restaurant "Falvors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30-11:00, lunch buffet from 12:30-14:30, and dinner from 18:30-21:30, also in buffet style with themed evenings. Dinner is also possible in the à-la-carte restaurants upon reservation. In addition, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine in restaurants outside the hotel; reservation via the hotel is required.
National and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars when open from 9:00-02:00.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and refilled daily. At the beach, guests receive drinks at the beach bar or can use the beverage and snack service, which serves cocktails and other drinks directly to the sun lounger.

Sports included

To stay active, a range of sports facilities are offered, such as two tennis courts, bicycle and fitness center, and plenty of space to use your running shoes. There is also darts, chess, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini-football, and aerobics. Some water sports offers like canoes, pedalos, and SUPs can be borrowed for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability.

Sports for a fee

Catamaran rides, swimming school, football school, tennis school, sailing school, water skiing, banana boat, jet ski, and private boat trips. Furthermore, guests at Ikos Olivia can enjoy a special entertainment program. Various activities such as boccia games, Greek dance classes, and cooking classes are organized daily.

Children of all ages will surely find their favorite activity at the Hero Kids Club. The multilingual mini club and youth club offer professional childcare. The club stands out with its varied program, including storytime, face and t-shirt painting, pantomime, mini-disco, cookie baking, pool games, table tennis, and much more. It is divided into the following age groups: Creche Club (6 months to 3 years, from 10:00-13:00, 13:00-15:00, and 15:00-18:00, for a fee), Mini Club (4 to 12 years, from 10:30-13:00, 13:00-15:00, and 15:30-18:00), and Teen Club (12 to 17 years, from 10:30-13:00 and 15:30-18:00).

Wellness

Ikos Spa (for ages 16 and up) offers (upon reservation) the following facilities: six private treatment rooms, including a couple's suite, indoor and heated outdoor pool with whirlpool and views of the evergreen gardens. There is also a gym, relaxation area, thermal suite consisting of hammam and sauna, steam bath, hair salon, nail studio, and beauty corner with Anne Sémonin products.

There is an endless selection of evening entertainment for every taste, such as musicals, live performances, movies, children's shows, beach parties, and a large selection of DVDs at reception.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which the guest must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room starting 1.1.2025.
