Facilities

This modern luxury resort consists of 136 rooms and junior suites, as well as 155 bungalows and suites. Facilities include a lobby with reception and the main restaurant "Flavors" with a fantastic view of the sea. In addition, the hotel offers outstanding cuisine in five à-la-carte restaurants, which invite you to enjoy high-quality culinary evenings. Choose from "Fresco" (Italian), Anaya (Asian), Ouzo (Greek), "Provence" (French), and "The Garden" (International). Six bars and a gelateria are distributed throughout the complex for refreshments.
In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, there is a lagoon pool (freshwater) with a separate children's/baby pool and a main pool with a separate children's pool. All pools are heated. Exclusive waiter service ensures you can enjoy your drinks at the pool and on the beach. There is also an indoor pool with a spa area (for guests aged 16 and over). Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach.
For added tranquility, designated adults-only areas for guests aged 16 and over are available on the beach, at the main pool, and in the main restaurant, as well as the entire spa area.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The spacious and modern Superior rooms feature a seating area, Wi-Fi (included), DVD and CD player, Nespresso machine, tea and coffee-making facilities, daily replenished minibar, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, electronic safe (included), air conditioning/heating, shower/WC, luxurious toiletries, turndown service, and a balcony with a table and two chairs, as well as views of the inland (DSU).
Also available as a super-saver room (SSZ), super-saver room with sea view (SSM, max. 2+0), Superior double room with sea view (DMU), or with pool view (DSP).

Panorama Junior Suites

With otherwise the same amenities as the Superior rooms, the Panorama Junior suites offer a magnificent panoramic view over the sea (JPM). Sofa beds are available for a 3rd or 4th person.

Bungalow Garden View

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior doubles, with a balcony or terrace and garden view (BG2).

Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior double rooms but also feature a spacious and elegant living area and a separate bedroom for more privacy and relaxation, as well as a balcony with garden view (B12). Also available as Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom private garden, with private garden, 2 sun loungers, and garden view (G2G), or as Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom sea view with balcony (2TX).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the Bungalow 1 Bedroom with private garden, these are more spacious and feature a pool view as Type C (BT2). Furthermore, guests can use the "Deluxe Collection Area". Also available with garden view and private pool as Type B (B2B), with private garden as Type A (B2A), or simply facing the beach with a balcony (2BD).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom, these are more spacious and feature 1 additional bedroom with a private garden (S2I). Also available with private pool (22U), beachfront with private garden (B2Z), sea view with private garden (22V), or simply beachfront with balcony (B22).

The main restaurant "Flavors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30-11:00, a lunch buffet from 12:30-14:30, and dinner from 18:30-21:30, also in buffet form with theme nights. Dinner is also possible in the à-la-carte restaurants upon reservation. In addition, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine in restaurants outside the hotel; reservation via the hotel is required.
National and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars when open from 9:00-02:00.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and is replenished daily. On the beach, guests receive drinks at the beach bar or can use the drink/snack service, which serves cocktails and other beverages directly to the sun lounger.

Sports included

To stay active, a range of sports facilities are offered, including two tennis courts, a cycling and fitness center, and plenty of space to use your running shoes. There is also darts, chess, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini-football, and aerobics. Some water sports such as canoes, pedalos, and SUPs can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability.

Sports for a fee

Catamaran sailing, swimming school, football school, tennis school, sailing school, water skiing, banana boat, jet skiing, and private boat tours. Furthermore, guests at Ikos Olivia can enjoy a special entertainment program. Various activities such as bocce, Greek dance classes, and cooking classes are organized daily.

Separate children's and baby pools and playground.
Children of all ages will surely find their favorite activities at the Hero Kids Club. The multilingual miniclub and youth club offer professional childcare. The club impresses with its varied program, including storytime, face and t-shirt painting, pantomime, mini-disco, cookie baking, pool games, table tennis, and much more. It is divided into the following age groups: Creche Club (6 months to 3 years, from 10:00-13:00, 13:00-15:00, and 15:00-18:00, for a fee), Miniclub (4 to 12 years, from 10:30-13:00, 13:00-15:00, and 15:30-18:00), and Teen Club (12 to 17 years, from 10:30-13:00 and 15:30-18:00).

Wellness

Ikos Spa (for guests aged 16 and over) offers the following facilities (upon reservation): six private treatment rooms, including a couple's suite, indoor and heated outdoor pool with whirlpool, and views of the evergreen gardens. There is also a gym, relaxation area, thermal suite consisting of hammam and sauna, steam bath, hair salon, nail studio, and beauty corner with Anne Sémonin products.

Entertainment

There is an endless selection of evening entertainment for every taste, such as musicals, live performances, films, children's shows, beach parties, and a large selection of DVDs at reception.

Note on climate resilience tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1–October 31):
