Location

The Melia Sunny Beach Hotel, popular with German regular guests, is in an ideal and central location, only approx. 100 m from the fine, gently sloping public sandy beach. Its own beach section (for Melia hotel guests only) is approx. 250 m from the hotel (June-mid-September). Numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment venues are in the immediate vicinity. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The extensive hotel complex, under new management by the renowned Sol Melia chain, consists of 3 buildings with a total of 1025 rooms on 8 or 9 floors and many additional facilities and amenities. Each block has its own lobby with a reception area, currency exchange service (in Block A and B), lobby bar, lifts, and its own buffet restaurant (depending on season and occupancy). Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. In high season, there are often themed buffets such as Bulgarian, Spanish, Italian or international.
In addition, guests can enjoy the Indian specialty restaurant "Ravi" (open in July & August, Mondays-Fridays, approx. 6 PM-9 PM), the Chinese restaurant "Hot Pot" (open in July & August, Wednesdays to Sundays, approx. 6 PM-9 PM), and the classic Bavarian beer garden (open in July & August, approx. 12 PM-4 PM) with German draft beer, bratwurst, sauerkraut/pork knuckle and fried potatoes.
There is another snack bar, a pizza station (open in July & August) and a Cuban-style Mojito bar (open in July & Aug) in the outdoor area.
There are 3 swimming pools (one of them heated from June 15 - September 15) with a mini aqua park (open from June 1 - September 15 with 3 slides (for body height of at least 1.20 m), 3 children's pools (2 of them with small water slides). A heated indoor pool and an entertainment stage are available.
Sun loungers, parasols and bath towels are included by the pool (subject to availability). At the hotel's own beach section (approx. 250 m away), you will find the beach bar "La Spiaggia" (open daily from June 1 - September 15, approx. 10 AM - 4 PM). Sun loungers, parasols and bath towels are also included at the beach (from June 1 - September 15, subject to availability).

Double room

The tastefully furnished double rooms are equipped with a bath/toilet or shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (included), telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and a balcony. Accommodation in Block A/B or C. Rooms with side sea view or pool view can also be booked for an additional charge (these rooms are also in Block A/B or C). Promotional rooms PDI in double room pool view can be booked at a special price for certain dates.

Junior Suite

The junior suites (approx. 47 m²) offer a combined living and sleeping area with 4 beds and a sofa bed, bath/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (included), telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and a balcony.

Family room

The family rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, have 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms with pool view can also be booked for an additional charge.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner with show cooking in the 3 main restaurants "Nessebar", "Estrellas Ibericas" and "La Spiaggia del Sole" (buffet restaurants, non-smoking and all with a terrace) with various themed offerings in high season (Bulgarian, Spanish or Italian) and international cuisine with themed evenings in low season. Breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM) Late risers' breakfast (approx. 10 AM - 11 AM), Lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), Dinner (approx. 6 PM - 9 PM), Snacks (approx. 12 PM - 4 PM), Beach bar (approx. 10 AM - 4 PM from June 1 - September 15), Beer garden (July-August) with Bavarian offerings (draft beer, bratwurst, pork knuckle and sauerkraut, approx. 12 PM - 4 PM) and coffee and pastries at the snack bar (approx. 4 PM - 5 PM). Please speak to reception on site if you have allergies, e.g., gluten intolerance.
The opening hours of the restaurants and bars may vary depending on the season and hotel occupancy or may be operated on a rotation basis. Please inquire at the hotel reception about current opening hours (subject to change).

Sports included
