The 5-star One&Only The Palm Dubai hotel is located on the western crescent of the famous Palm Jumeirah, directly on a 450-meter-long private sandy beach.
Numerous attractions, such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall with the Dubai Fountains, can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car. Dubai Marina, with its numerous restaurants, is about a 20-minute drive away. The Aquaventure Waterpark can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car.
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately 42 km away. Dubai World Central Airport (DWC) is approximately 49 km away.

Facilities

This luxurious oasis of tranquility is situated amidst lush, well-tended gardens and features 95 rooms and villas. Hotel amenities include a spacious lobby area with seating and a 24-hour reception, as well as a boutique and a hair salon.
A total of three restaurants cater to guests' culinary needs, including the "ZEST" restaurant, which offers Italian cuisine, and "STAY by Yannick Alléno," featuring French specialties. "STAY by Yannick Alléno" is one of only three restaurants in Dubai to have been awarded two Michelin stars for three consecutive years.
The hotel offers a total of three pools, including an exclusive pool in the "Guerlain Spa," which provides soothing relaxation. The heart of the complex is the 18-meter-long outdoor pool, which invites you to swim and relax. For quiet moments, a separate adults-only "Safina" pool is also available. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and beach.

Palm Manor House Premier

The Palm Manor House Premier rooms (PD2/PD1) are located in the Manor House, are approximately 65 m² in size, and are designed in bright, warm colors with Arabic accents. In addition to a bathroom with a freestanding marble bathtub and a walk-in rainfall shower, these rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee and tea-making facilities, a minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (included). The balcony or terrace offers views of the garden or the pool.

Premium Beachfront

The Premium Beachfront rooms (PBF/PBS) are situated in the quiet, two-story Palm Beach Mansions and are just a few meters from the beach. They offer the same size and amenities as the Palm Manor House Premier rooms. Enjoy the sound of the waves from your balcony or take a short stroll to the beach from your terrace.

Palm Beach Juniorsuite

The spacious Palm Beach Junior Suites (JS2/JS1), approximately 100 m², are located like the Palm Beach Premier rooms in the two-story Palm Beach Mansions. These feature the same amenities as the Palm Beach Premier rooms. Enjoy an unmistakable view of the Dubai skyline or the beach from your balcony or terrace.
