Location

The 5-star hotel One&Only The Palm Dubai is located on the western arc of the famous Palm Jumeirah, directly on a 450-meter-long private sandy beach.
Numerous sights, such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall with the Dubai Fountains, can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. Dubai Marina with its numerous restaurants is about 20 minutes away by car. The Aquaventure Waterpark can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately 42 km away.

This luxurious oasis of tranquility is nestled amidst a lush and well-maintained garden landscape and features 95 rooms and villas. Hotel amenities include a spacious reception area with seating and a 24-hour reception, as well as a boutique and a hairdresser.
A total of three restaurants cater to your culinary desires, including the "ZEST" restaurant with Italian cuisine and "STAY by Yannick Alléno" with French specialties. "STAY by Yannick Alléno" is one of only three restaurants in Dubai to have been awarded two Michelin stars for three consecutive years.
The hotel offers a total of three pools, including an exclusive pool at the "Guerlain Spa" for soothing relaxation. The centerpiece of the complex is the 18-meter-long outdoor pool, perfect for swimming and lingering. For quiet moments, a separate Adults-Only pool called "Safina" is also available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Palm Manor House Premier

The Palm Manor House Premier rooms (PD2/PD1) are located in the Manor House, are approx. 65 sqm in size, and are decorated in light and warm colors with Arabic accents. In addition to a bathroom with a freestanding marble bathtub and a walk-in rain shower, these rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee and tea making facilities, a minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (included). From the balcony or terrace, you have views of the garden or the pool.

Premium Beachfront

The Premium Beachfront rooms (PBF/PBS) are located in the quiet, two-story Palm Beach Mansions and are just a few meters from the beach. They offer the same size and amenities as the Palm Manor House Premier rooms. Enjoy the sound of the waves from your balcony or take a short stroll on the beach from your terrace.

Palm Beach Juniorsuite

The spacious approx. 100 sqm Palm Beach Junior Suites (JS2/JS1) are located, like the Palm Beach Premier rooms, in the two-story Palm Beach Mansions. They offer the same amenities as the Palm Beach Premier rooms. Enjoy an unmistakable view of the Dubai skyline or the beach from your balcony or terrace.
