The 5-star hotel One&Only The Palm Dubai is located on the western arc of the famous Palm Jumeirah, directly on the 450-meter-long private sandy beach.
Numerous attractions, such as the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall with the Dubai Fountains, are about a 30-minute drive away. Dubai Marina with its numerous restaurants is about a 20-minute drive away. Aquaventure Waterpark can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately 42 km away.

Facilities

This luxurious oasis of tranquility is situated amidst lush and well-maintained gardens and features 95 rooms and villas. The hotel's amenities include a spacious reception area with seating and a 24-hour reception, as well as a boutique and a hairdresser.
For culinary delights, there are a total of three restaurants, including the "ZEST" restaurant serving Italian cuisine and "STAY by Yannick Alléno" with French specialties. "STAY by Yannick Alléno" is one of only three restaurants in Dubai to have been awarded two Michelin stars for three consecutive years.
The hotel offers a total of three pools, including an exclusive pool at the "Guerlain Spa" for blissful relaxation. The centerpiece of the complex is the 18-meter-long outdoor pool, inviting guests to swim and linger. A separate adults-only pool, "Safina," is also available for quiet moments. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The Palm Manor House Premier rooms (PD2/PD1) are located in the Manor House, are approximately 65 sq m in size, and are decorated in light and warm colors with Arabic accents. In addition to a bathroom with a freestanding marble bathtub and a walk-in rain shower, these rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee and tea making facilities, a minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (included). From the balcony or terrace, you have a view of the garden or the pool.

Premium Beachfront

The Premium Beachfront rooms (PBF/PBS) are located in the quiet, two-story Palm Beach Mansions and are just a few meters from the beach. They have the same size and amenities as the Palm Manor House Premier rooms. Enjoy the sound of the waves from your balcony or take a short stroll on the beach from your terrace.

Palm Beach Juniorsuite

The approximately 100 sq m Palm Beach Junior Suites (JS2/JS1) are located, like the Palm Beach Premier rooms, in the two-story Palm Beach Mansions. They have the same amenities as the Palm Beach Premier rooms. Enjoy a unique view of the Dubai skyline or the beach from your balcony or terrace.
