Location

The hotel is idyllically situated within a 50-hectare oasis of gardens and palm trees, directly on an 800-meter long, fine sandy private beach. Together with the JA Palm Tree Court, it forms the exclusive JA The Resort.
Only about 30 kilometers from the lively promenade "Dubai Marina Walk", the resort offers an ideal combination of tranquility and proximity to the city.
Shopping centers such as "Ibn Battuta Mall", "Dubai Mall" and "Mall of the Emirates" are easily accessible, as are Dubai Parks & Resorts and the traditional "Gold & Spice Souk" in Deira. Dubai Airport is approx. 70 km away.

The JA Beach Hotel features 235 rooms and suites, as well as an impressive selection of 17 restaurants and bars offering culinary diversity – from Italian and international dishes to Mexican specialties and daily changing theme buffets.
In the lushly planted garden complex, a spacious pool area with four freshwater pools awaits guests, including two swim-up bars and a separate children's pool. The JA Splash Pool, with its children's pool, offers a lot of water fun and is picturesquely nestled in a tropical landscape with panoramic views of the Palmito grounds. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.
For the younger guests, the newly built Aquapark Splash provides excitement. Children under one meter in height are not permitted, and children between 1-1.20 meters may only enter the park accompanied by an adult.
In addition, the resort offers numerous other amenities, including a hairdresser, jeweler, beauty salon, and a shopping arcade. Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth on the hotel's own 9-hole golf course (Par 36). Guests can also use the pools of the neighboring JA Lake View Hotel and JA Palm Tree Court, with the exception of the seawater pool at JA Palm Tree Court.

Double Room Resort View

The Double Rooms Resort View (D/DE) are approx. 32 sqm in size and feature a bathroom, shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV (LCD flat screen), minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, and a small balcony with a view of the resort.
Also bookable as Double Room Sea View (DM/DEM) for an extra charge.

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms (DA/DEA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Resort View. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the upper floors of the hotel.
