Location

The hotel is idyllically nestled in a 50-hectare oasis of gardens and palm trees, directly on an 800-meter-long, fine-sand private beach. Together with the JA Palm Tree Court, it forms the exclusive JA The Resort.
Located just about 30 kilometers from the lively "Dubai Marina Walk" beach promenade, the resort offers an ideal combination of tranquility and proximity to the city.
Shopping malls such as the "Ibn Battuta Mall", the "Dubai Mall", and the "Mall of the Emirates" are easily accessible, as are Dubai Parks & Resorts and the traditional "Gold & Spice Souk" in Deira. Dubai Airport is approximately 70 km away.

The JA Beach Hotel features a total of 235 rooms and suites and impresses with its spacious resort grounds, which offer a wide variety of leisure and dining options. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptional culinary diversity, with a total of 16 restaurants and bars within JA The Resort. At the JA Beach Hotel itself, guests can enjoy the Italian restaurant Sette with panoramic views over the resort, the beachside Captain’s Restaurant & Bar, the Vasco Da Gama lobby bar, the stylish Sunset Lounge, as well as the Palmito Pool Bar with a swim-up area. Please note that individual restaurants and bars may be temporarily closed due to seasonal or operational reasons. Currently, the international buffet restaurant Ibn Majed, the Sports Café, the Splash Pool Bar, and the Signature Lounge are closed.
The expansive, tropically landscaped garden forms the heart of the resort and features a generous pool area with a total of four freshwater pools. Two of the pools have integrated swim-up bars, providing relaxing hours directly in the water. Additionally, there is a separate children's pool as well as the family-friendly JA Splash Pool, which adds variety with further water play elements and its location amidst the green grounds. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach, highlighting the resort's commitment to comfortable service.
For families with children, the resort's own "Splash" aqua park offers additional water fun. Access is not permitted for children under one meter in height, while children between 1 meter and 1.20 meters may only use the park when accompanied by an adult.
The offering is complemented by other facilities such as a hairdresser, a jeweler, a beauty salon, and a shopping arcade that provides convenient retail options directly within the resort. Active guests can also benefit from the on-site 9-hole golf course (Par 36), which provides a unique leisure opportunity in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
An additional benefit of the resort is access to the pool facilities of the neighboring JA Lake View Hotel and JA Palm Tree Court, resulting in a particularly extensive range of leisure and swimming options throughout the entire JA The Resort. The only exception is the saltwater pool at the JA Palm Tree Court.

For young guests, there is a kids' club (4-12 years) with supervision and entertainment in the morning and afternoon. A large entertainment program is offered with many interesting activities such as dancing, puzzles, face painting, sand art, board games, as well as a daily evening buffet.
