Location

The hotel is idyllically nestled in a 50-hectare oasis of gardens and palm trees, directly on an 800-meter-long, fine-sand private beach. Together with the JA Palm Tree Court, it forms the exclusive JA The Resort.
Located just about 30 kilometers from the lively "Dubai Marina Walk" beach promenade, the resort offers an ideal combination of tranquility and proximity to the city.
Shopping malls such as the "Ibn Battuta Mall," the "Dubai Mall," and the "Mall of the Emirates" are easily accessible, as are the Dubai Parks & Resorts and the traditional "Gold & Spice Souk" in Deira. Dubai World Central Airport (DWC) is approximately 30 km away and Dubai Airport (DXB) is approximately 70 km away.

The JA Beach Hotel has a total of 235 rooms and suites and impresses with its spacious resort grounds offering a wide range of leisure and dining options. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary culinary variety with a total of 16 restaurants and bars within JA The Resort. At the JA Beach Hotel itself, guests can enjoy the Italian restaurant "Sette" (formerly Vasco Da Gama) with panoramic views over the resort, the beachfront "Captain’s" Restaurant & Bar, the lobby bar "Sports Café," the stylish Sunset Lounge, and the "Palmito" pool bar with swim-up area. Please note that individual restaurants and bars may be temporarily closed due to seasonal or operational reasons. Currently, the international buffet restaurant "Ibn Majed," the Sports Café, the Splash pool bar, as well as the Signature Lounge are closed.
The extensive, tropical landscaped garden forms the heart of the resort and offers a spacious pool area with a total of four freshwater pools. Two of the pools feature integrated swim-up bars, providing relaxing hours directly in the water. Additionally, there is a separate children's pool as well as the family-friendly JA Splash pool, which provides plenty of variety with further water play elements and its location in the middle of the green grounds. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach, underscoring the resort's comfortable service philosophy.
For families with children, the in-house Splash water park offers additional water fun. Access is not permitted for children under one meter tall, while children between 1 and 1.20 meters may only use the park when accompanied by an adult.
The offer is supplemented by other facilities such as a hairdresser, a jeweler, a beauty salon, and a shopping arcade, which allows for small shopping opportunities directly in the resort. Sporty active guests also benefit from the in-house 9-hole golf course (Par 36), which offers a special leisure opportunity in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
An additional advantage of the resort is the use of the pool facilities at the neighboring JA Lake View Hotel as well as the JA Palm Tree Court, resulting in a particularly extensive range of leisure and swimming activities within the entire JA The Resort. The only exception to this is the seawater pool at the JA Palm Tree Court.

Double Room Resort View

The Double Rooms Resort View (D/DE) are approx. 32 m² in size and feature a bath, shower, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV (LCD flat screen), minibar, tea/coffee maker, safe, and a small balcony with a view of the resort.
Also bookable as a Double Room Sea View (DM/DEM) for an additional charge.

Double Room Resort View Guaranteed Upper Floor

The Schauinsland-Reisen original rooms (DA/DEA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Resort View. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the upper floors of the hotel.

The Schauinsland-Reisen original rooms (DMA/AME) are equipped like the Double Rooms Resort View and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the upper floors of the hotel, thus offering a breathtaking view of the Arabian Gulf.

For our younger guests, there is a Kids' Club (ages 4-12) with supervision and entertainment in the morning and afternoon. There is a large entertainment program with many interesting activities such as dancing, puzzles, face painting, sand art, board games, and a daily evening buffet. The integrated children's pool provides a cool-down in between. "Pirates & Mermaids" (4 months-4 years), for a fee. Petting zoo.
A special highlight for the little ones is the "Splash" water park (children under 1 meter tall are not permitted, children between 1.00m-1.20m only when accompanied by an adult).

Wellness

Sauna and whirlpool. For a fee: The spa is located between the JA Beach Hotel and the JA Palm Tree Court. Guests can be pampered with various treatments in the 10 treatment rooms.
