Location

The hotel is idyllically situated in a 50-hectare oasis of gardens and palm trees, directly on an 800-meter long, fine sandy private beach. Together with JA Palm Tree Court, it forms the exclusive JA The Resort.
Only about 30 kilometers from the lively promenade "Dubai Marina Walk", the resort offers an ideal combination of tranquility and proximity to the city.
Shopping centers such as "Ibn Battuta Mall", "Dubai Mall", and "Mall of the Emirates" are easily accessible, as are Dubai Parks & Resorts and the traditional "Gold & Spice Souk" in Deira. Dubai Airport is approx. 70 km away.

The JA Beach Hotel has a total of 235 rooms and suites and impresses with its spacious resort complex offering a wide range of leisure and dining options. The exceptional culinary variety is particularly noteworthy, with a total of 17 restaurants and bars covering a broad spectrum of international flavors – from Italian cuisine and international classics to Mexican specialties, as well as daily changing theme buffets.
The extensive, tropically designed garden complex forms the heart of the resort and offers a spacious pool area with a total of four freshwater pools. Two of the pools have integrated swim-up bars, providing relaxed hours right in the water. Additionally, there is a separate children's pool and the family-friendly JA Splash Pool, which offers plenty of variety with further water play elements and its location amidst the green grounds. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach, underscoring the resort's comfortable service concept.
For families with children, the in-house water park Splash offers additional aquatic fun. Access is not permitted for children under one meter in height, while children between 1 and 1.20 meters may only use the park when accompanied by an adult.
The facilities are complemented by other amenities such as a hairdresser, a jeweler, a beauty salon, and a shopping arcade, offering small retail opportunities directly within the resort. Athletically active guests can also take advantage of the on-site 9-hole golf course (Par 36), which offers a special leisure activity in close proximity to the hotel.
An additional advantage of the resort is the use of the pool facilities at the neighboring JA Lake View Hotel and JA Palm Tree Court, resulting in a particularly extensive range of leisure and swimming options within the entire JA The Resort. The only exception is the seawater pool at JA Palm Tree Court.

For the little guests, there is the Kids Club (4-12 years) with supervision and animation in the morning and afternoon. It offers a large entertainment program with many interesting activities such as dancing, puzzles, face painting, sand art, board games, and a daily evening buffet.
