Location

The resort is located directly on an outer reef in the southern part of the South Male Atoll. The main island is approx. 800 m long and 200 m wide, the island Dream Island is approx. 400 m long and 200 m wide. The transfer time from Male airport is approx. 45 minutes by speedboat.

The hotel has a total of 376 villas and suites spread across both islands. The island "Dream Island" is connected to the main island by a bridge. Amenities include a reception area with a reception desk and a souvenir shop on each island, as well as a boutique and a jeweler on the main island. There are a total of 15 restaurants and bars to satisfy your culinary needs. These include the "Siyam Orchid" restaurant with Thai specialties, the "Namaste" restaurant with Indian delicacies, and the "Italian" restaurant with Mediterranean delights. The outdoor area features 6 large swimming pools, with loungers, beach towels, and sunshades included. Among these are an Adults Only pool and the longest pool in the Maldives at 210 m long.

Accommodation

Beach Pavilion

The Deluxe Rooms, approx. 50 m², are located in two-story bungalows and were newly renovated in 2024. They are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, flatscreen TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, double bed, and a balcony or terrace facing the sea (2BP). Available as Sunset Beach Pavilion (BBS) for an extra charge.

Water Villa

With similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these villas have a bathtub and shower, are built on stilts over the water, are more spacious (approx. 64 m²), and have a furnished sun deck, sea view, and direct lagoon access (W2V).

Deluxe Water Villa

The approx. 82 m² villas are built on stilts directly over the water and offer even more luxury with a rain shower and unobstructed lagoon views, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Water Villas (2DW).

Rich breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner buffet in the main restaurant or à la carte in selected restaurants. Afternoon tea and snacks. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass (e.g., water, soft drinks, juices, beer, house wine, spirits) at the open bars from 10 am to midnight. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and canned beer and wine. Snorkeling equipment is included for the entire stay.
Additionally, the use of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards is included for one hour per person per day, and guests receive a 20% discount on motorized water sports. Guests also receive a $50 credit for all diving activities and selected spa treatments. The minibar is additionally replenished daily with wine and snacks.

Sports Included

Fitness center, badminton, tennis, and billiards.
Kayaks and SUP free for 1 hour per day.

The "The Spa" on the main island and "Ocean Spa" on Dream Island, located over the water, are the ideal places to harmonize body, mind, and soul. They offer hydrotherapy pools, sauna, steam bath, as well as extensive massages and treatments (for a fee).

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operation for approx. arrival/departure from 5 am to 11 pm // Domestic flight: Operation for approx. arrivals/departures from 9:30 am to 4 pm // Seaplane: Operation expected for arrivals/departures from 9 am to 3 pm.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfer, there may be 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or longer waiting times for entry, a connecting overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.

The baggage limit for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on site (approx. USD 5 per kg). Excess baggage will usually be delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, it may happen that in a room with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, one child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
