The resort is located right in the center of Seminyak. Shopping and entertainment options are just a short walk away. Petitenget Beach is approximately 0.5 km away. The transfer time to the international airport is about 40 minutes.

The resort has a total of 71 rooms and villas. Amenities include a lobby with a reception and seating areas. The Balinese-style "Dong Oman" restaurant serves international cuisine, while "Buddha's Lounge" offers various snacks; additionally, there is an integrated pool bar at the main pool. A total of 3 swimming pools are available in the tropical garden landscape. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the swimming pools.

Deluxe Double Room Pool View

The Deluxe Double Rooms with pool view are approximately 32m² and feature a bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, and a balcony with seating.

Deluxe Double Room Pool Access

The Deluxe Double Rooms with pool access offer the same size and amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Pool View, but additionally feature a rain shower and direct pool access.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Signature Suite

The suites (renovated in 2025) feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Pool View but are larger (approx. 52m²) and include a bathtub and a furnished terrace.

On Bali, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. When occupying a room with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it is possible that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total.

Restrictions due to the Balinese holiday Nyepi

"Nyepi Day", also known as the "Day of Silence", is the most important holiday in Bali.
During this time (24 hours), strict rules apply that severely restrict tourism.
The date is determined annually by the lunar calendar and usually takes place in March.
Arrival and departure are not possible on the Day of Silence, and the airport is also closed.
