The resort is located directly in the center of Seminyak. Shops and entertainment are just a short walk away. Petitenget Beach is approx. 0.5 km away. The transfer time to the international airport is approx. 40 minutes.

The resort has a total of 71 rooms and villas. Amenities include a lobby with reception and seating areas. For culinary delights, there is the "Dong Oman" restaurant, furnished in Balinese style with international cuisine, and "Buddha's Lounge" serving various snacks. There is also an integrated pool bar at the main pool. Three swimming pools are available in the tropical garden landscape. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the swimming pools.

The Double Deluxe Pool View rooms are approx. 32m² in size and feature a bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, and a balcony with seating.

The Double Deluxe Pool Access rooms have the same size and amenities as the Double Deluxe Pool View, with the addition of a rain shower and direct pool access.

The suites (renovated in 2025) are larger than the Double Deluxe Pool View rooms (approx. 52m²) with the same amenities, and feature a bathtub and a furnished terrace.

The "Nyepi Day", also known as the "Day of Silence", is the highest holiday in Bali.
During this period (24 hours), strict rules apply that severely restrict tourism.
The date is determined annually according to the lunar calendar and usually falls in March.
On the Day of Silence, arrival and departure are not possible, and the airport is closed.
