The resort is located directly in the center of Seminyak. Shopping and entertainment facilities are just a short walk away. Petitenget Beach is approximately 0.5 km away. The transfer time to the international airport is about 40 minutes.

The resort has a total of 71 rooms and villas. Amenities include a lobby with a reception area and seating. For culinary delights, there is the "Dong Oman" restaurant, decorated in Balinese style, serving international cuisine. "Buddha's Lounge" offers various snacks, and there is also an integrated pool bar at the main pool. In the tropical garden landscape, there are a total of 3 swimming pools available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the swimming pools.

Double Deluxe Pool View

The Double Deluxe Pool View rooms are approx. 32m² and feature a bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, and a balcony with seating.

Double Deluxe Pool Access

The Double Deluxe Pool Access rooms, with the same size and amenities as the Double Deluxe Pool View, additionally feature a rain shower and offer direct pool access.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Signature Suite

The suites (renovated in 2025) are larger than the Double Deluxe Pool View (approx. 52m²) with the same amenities and feature a bathtub and a furnished terrace.

Restrictions due to Balinese Holiday Nyepi

The "Nyepi Day", also known as the "Day of Silence", is the highest holiday in Bali.
During this period (24 hours), strict rules apply that significantly restrict tourism.
The date is determined annually by the lunar calendar and usually takes place in March.
On the Day of Silence, arrival/departure is not possible, and the airport is also closed.
