Location

The resort is located in the west of the island, directly on the fine, gently sloping sandy beach of Balaclava. Nestled between a breathtaking marine nature reserve with an adjacent lagoon and numerous sugarcane fields, the resort blends ideally into its surroundings. The airport is approx. 80 minutes away by car.

The hotel has 190 rooms and offers a lobby with a reception, entrance hall, and a lobby bar. Culinary options include a main restaurant (buffet and show cooking), 4 à la carte restaurants (Creole, Indian, Japanese, and International), as well as a beach/lounge bar and a beach grill. In the garden area, there are 2 swimming pools (1 pool is heated and adults-only) with a sun terrace. Loungers, sunshades, and beach towels are included. There is also a hairdresser and a mini-market in the hotel.

Junior Suite Turtle Bay

These Junior Suites, with all other amenities the same, feature a king-size bed, side or direct sea view, an additional outdoor shower, and are also more spacious (approx. 76 m²). (J2B)

Wellbeing Suite

The Wellbeing Suites are approximately 124 m² in size and feature a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, large bathtub and shower/toilet, double vanity, bathrobe/slippers, and a balcony or terrace.

Heavenly Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite with a king-size bed. They are slightly more spacious (approx. 65 m²) and located in the first row to the beach. Also bookable as Heavenly Family Junior Suite for an additional charge.
