Location

The resort is located on the west of the island, directly on the fine, gently shelving sandy beach of Balaclava. Nestled between a breathtaking marine nature reserve with an adjacent lagoon and numerous sugarcane fields, the resort blends perfectly into its surroundings. The airport is approximately an 80-minute drive away.

The hotel has 190 rooms and offers a lobby with reception, an entrance hall, and a lobby bar. The culinary range includes a main restaurant (buffet and show cooking), 4 à-la-carte restaurants (Creole, Indian, Japanese, and international), as well as a beach/lounge bar and a beach grill respectively. In the garden area, there are 2 swimming pools (1 pool is heated and adults-only) with a sun terrace. Sun loungers, sunshades, and pool towels are included. There is also a hairdresser and a mini-market in the hotel.

Junior suite Turtle Bay

With otherwise the same equipment, these junior suites feature a king-size bed, side or direct sea view, an additional outdoor shower, and are also more spacious (approx. 76 m²). (J2B)

Wellbeing Suite

The Wellbeing Suites are approx. 124 m² in size and feature a combined living room/bedroom with a king-size bed, large bathtub and shower/WC, double vanity, bathrobe/slippers, and a balcony or terrace (S2).

Heavenly Junior suite

With the same equipment as the junior suite with a king-size bed. They are somewhat more spacious (approx. 65 m²) and located in the first beach row (JS2). Also bookable for an extra charge as Heavenly Family Junior Suite (FJ2).
