Location

The resort is located on the west of the island, situated directly on the fine, gently sloping sandy beach of Balaclava. Nestled between a breathtaking marine nature reserve with an adjacent lagoon and numerous sugar cane fields, the resort blends perfectly into its surroundings. The airport is approximately an 80-minute drive away.

The hotel has 190 rooms and offers a lobby with a reception, a welcoming hall, and a lobby bar. The culinary range includes a main restaurant (buffet and show cooking), 4 à-la-carte restaurants (Creole, Indian, Japanese, and international), as well as a beach/lounge bar and a beach grill. In the garden area, there are 2 swimming pools (1 pool is heated and adults-only) with a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included. There is also a hair salon and a mini-market in the hotel.

The approx. 63 m² Junior Suites feature a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, WC, tea and coffee-making facilities, minibar (for a fee), flat-screen TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, iron/ironing board, free Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, and room service (for a fee), as well as a balcony with seating and garden view. Junior Suite Turtle Bay

With otherwise identical facilities, these Junior Suites feature a king-size bed, side or direct sea view, an additional outdoor shower, and are more spacious (approx. 76 m²). (J2B)

Wellbeing Suite

The Wellbeing Suites are approx. 124 m² in size and feature a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, large bathtub and shower/WC, double vanity, bathrobe/slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (S2).

Heavenly Junior Suite

Same facilities as the Junior Suite with a king-size bed. They are slightly more spacious (approx. 65 m²) and are located in the first row to the beach (JS2). Can also be booked as a Heavenly Family Junior Suite for an extra charge (FJ2).
