Location

The resort is located on the west of the island, situated directly on the fine, gently sloping sandy beach of Balaclava. Nestled between a breathtaking marine nature reserve with an adjacent lagoon and numerous sugar cane fields, the resort blends ideally into its surroundings. The airport is approximately 80 minutes away by car.

The hotel has 190 rooms and offers a lobby with reception, a reception hall, and a lobby bar. The culinary offerings include a main restaurant (buffet and show cooking), 4 à-la-carte restaurants (Creole, Indian, Japanese, and international), as well as a beach/lounge bar and a beach grill. In the garden area, there are 2 swimming pools (1 pool is heatable and adults-only) with a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included. Additionally, there is a hairdresser and a mini-market in the hotel.

Junior Suite Turtle Bay

These Junior Suites feature identical facilities but include a king-size bed, side or direct sea view, an additional outdoor shower, and are more spacious (approx. 76 m²). (J2B)

Wellbeing Suite

The Wellbeing Suites are approx. 124m² and feature a combined living/sleeping area with king-size bed, large bathtub and shower/WC, double vanity, bathrobe/slippers, and a balcony or terrace (S2).

Heavenly Junior Suite

Same facilities as the Junior Suite with king-size bed. They are slightly more spacious (approx. 65 m²) and located in the first row to the beach (JS2). Also bookable as Heavenly Family Junior Suite for an additional charge (FJ2).
