Location

The resort, part of the renowned Jaz Hotel chain, was completely renovated in 2018 and is located directly on the hotel's own beach with a breathtaking house reef, adjacent to Madinat Coraya. A jetty leads over the coral into deeper waters (swimming shoes recommended). The next larger town, Port Ghalib, with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as an exclusive marina, is only about 7 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is approx. 8 km.

The elegantly designed hotel has a total of 539 newly renovated rooms spread across several two and three-story buildings. It offers a lobby with reception, chill-out areas, a lobby bar, and a main restaurant with a terrace. Additionally, the hotel features the à la carte restaurants "Zeit Zaiton" (Italian), "Plateau Beach Restaurant" with snacks and Mediterranean dishes, "Sakura" (Chinese), and "Sofra Restaurant" with oriental specialties (dinner once per stay in one of the four restaurants). The "El Sala Bar" offers local drinks, and there is a snack bar on the beach. The well-maintained and generously designed garden area features five freshwater pools (one of which is heated in winter) with a pool bar and sun terraces. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

Double Room Superior

The spacious and tastefully decorated Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 36 m² in size and feature a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV with flat screen, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar (daily replenished with bottled water, other drinks available on request and for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view.
Also available at an additional charge with pool view (DSP), sea view (DMU), or side sea view (D2S), as well as for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/UME/1SD).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) are slightly larger (approx. 45 m²) than the Superior Double Rooms, with otherwise identical amenities.
From Winter 2023/24, also available with pool view (FP2).
(Optionally bookable under RMFA31 as Family Room Superior (F2U) or with pool view (FUP).)

Junior Suite (RMFA31)

These Junior Suites offer a separate bedroom, a living area, air conditioning, a safe for rent, hairdryer, TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (JS2).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suite Sea View (J2M) has the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but consists of a living/sleeping area, a bedroom, and two bathrooms.

Premium Double Room Pool View

The Premium Double Rooms Pool View (PPD) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, with pool view. These rooms are located in the new area of the hotel.

Premium Family Room Pool View

The Premium Family Rooms Pool View (PF2) are more spacious (approx. 45 m²) than the Superior Double Rooms with similar amenities and feature a children's bed and a double bed with pool view. These rooms are located in the new area of the hotel.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form at the main restaurant with various theme nights. Late risers' breakfast from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Lunchtime snacks available from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Beach Restaurant "Plateau" or at "Sofra Restaurant", ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to 12 AM at the respective open bar. Coffee and pastries are available at the pool bar from 3 PM to 5 PM. One dinner per stay at one of the à la carte restaurants.

Aqua Coraya Water Park (payable locally):
