Location

The resort of the renowned Jaz hotel chain is located directly on the hotel's own beach with a breathtaking house reef, adjacent to Madinat Coraya. A jetty leads over the coral to deeper waters (bathing shoes recommended). The next larger town, Port Ghalib, with its numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues, as well as an exclusive marina, is only about 7 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam airport is approximately 8 km.

The elegantly designed hotel has a total of 539 rooms in several two- and three-story buildings. It offers a lobby with a reception, chill-out areas, a lobby bar, and a main restaurant with a terrace. The hotel also features the à-la-carte restaurant "Zeit Zaiton" (Italian), the "Plateau Beach Restaurant" with snacks and Mediterranean dishes, "Sakura" (Chinese), and the "Sofra Restaurant" with oriental specialties (dinner included once per stay in one of the four restaurants). The hotel also includes the "El Sala Bar" with local drinks and a snack bar at the beach. In the well-maintained and spacious garden area, there are five freshwater pools (two of which can be heated in winter) with a pool bar and sun terraces. Sun loungers, towels, and parasols are available free of charge at the hotel's own beach and by the pools.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The spacious and tastefully furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 36 m² and feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV with flatscreen, coffee and tea maker, minibar (replenished daily with water bottles; further drinks on request and for a fee), as well as a balcony or terrace with garden view.
Also bookable with pool view (DSP), sea view (DMU), or side sea view (D2S) for an extra charge, as well as for single use (DEU/ESP/UME/1SD).

Family Room

The family rooms (DF2) are slightly larger (approx. 45 m²) than the Superior Double Rooms, with otherwise identical equipment.
(Optionally bookable under RMFA31 as a Superior Family Room (F2U) or with pool view (FUP).)

Junior Suite (RMFA31)

These junior suites offer a separate bedroom, living area, air conditioning, rental safe, hairdryer, TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (JS2).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suite Sea View (J2M) has the same facilities as the Superior Double Room but consists of a living/bedroom, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms.

Premium Double Room Pool View

The Premium Double Rooms Pool View (PPD) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature a king bed and an additional sofa bed, with a pool view. These rooms are located in the new area of the hotel. Also bookable for single use (1PP).

Premium Family Room Pool View

The Premium Family Rooms Pool View (PF2) are more spacious (approx. 45 m²) with the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms and feature a child's bed and a double bed, with a pool view. These rooms are located in the new area of the hotel.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style in the main restaurant with various theme nights. Late riser breakfast from 10:30 am–12:00 pm. At noon, various snacks from 12:30 pm–4:30 pm at the "Plateau" beach restaurant or the "Sofra Restaurant", ice cream from 12:30 pm–5:00 pm, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 am–midnight at the respective open bar. Coffee and pastries can be found at the pool bar from 3:00 pm–5:00 pm. Dinner 1x per week in one of the four à-la-carte restaurants.
