Location

The resort, part of the renowned Jaz Hotel chain, is located directly on the hotel's private beach with a breathtaking house reef, adjacent to Madinat Coraya. A jetty leads over the coral to deeper waters (swimming shoes recommended). The nearest larger town, Port Ghalib, with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as an exclusive marina, is only about 7 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

The elegantly designed hotel features a total of 539 rooms in several two and three-story buildings. It offers a reception area with a front desk, chill-out areas, a lobby bar, and a main restaurant with a terrace. Additionally, the hotel boasts the à la carte restaurants "Zeit Zaiton" (Italian), the "Plateau Beach Restaurant" with snacks and Mediterranean dishes, "Sakura" (Chinese), and the "Sofra Restaurant" with oriental specialties (dinner once per stay in one of the four restaurants). The "El Sala Bar" serves local drinks, and there's a snack bar on the beach. The well-maintained and spacious garden area features five freshwater pools (one of which is heated in winter) with a pool bar and sun terraces. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

Double Room Superior

The spacious and tastefully furnished Double Rooms Superior (DSU) are approximately 36 sqm and feature a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV with a flat-screen, coffee and tea maker, minibar (refilled daily with water bottles, other drinks available on request and for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view.
Also available with pool view (DSP), sea view (DMU), or partial sea view (D2S) for an extra charge, as well as for single use (DEU/ESP/UME/1SD).

Family Room

Family Rooms (DF2) are slightly larger (approx. 45 sqm) than the Double Rooms Superior, with otherwise identical amenities.
From Winter 2023/24, also available with pool view (FP2).
(Optionally bookable under RMFA31 as Family Room Superior (F2U) or with pool view (FUP).)

Junior Suite (RMFA31)

These Junior Suites offer a separate bedroom, living area, air conditioning, a rental safe, hairdryer, TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (JS2).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suite Sea View (J2M) has the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but consists of a living/sleeping area, a bedroom, and two bathrooms.

Double Room Premium Pool View

Double Rooms Premium Pool View (PPD) are equipped like the Double Rooms Superior and feature a king bed and an additional sofa bed, with pool view. These rooms are located in the new area of the hotel.

Premium Family Room Pool View

The Premium Family Rooms Pool View (PF2) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, are more spacious (approx. 45 sqm), and feature a child bed and a double bed with pool view. These rooms are located in the new area of the hotel.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the main restaurant with various theme nights. Late risers' breakfast is available from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Lunchtime snacks are available from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the "Plateau" Beach Restaurant or the "Sofra Restaurant". Ice cream is served from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at the respective open bar. Coffee and pastries can be enjoyed at the Pool Bar from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. One dinner per stay at one of the à la carte restaurants is included.
