Location

The spacious resort is located directly on a long sandy beach in a quiet and natural coastal section between Marsa Alam and El Quseir, featuring its own private beach and a professional diving center. The magnificent house reef fascinates with a colorful underwater world and offers ideal diving and snorkeling conditions. The open sea can be accessed via two jetties that lead beyond the reef. The distance to the center of El Quseir is approx. 26 km. Marsa Alam airport is approx. 50 km away.

Facilities

The huge and comfortable 5-star hotel complex offers everything a vacationer's heart desires. The 444 cozy rooms are spread across numerous one- to three-story buildings. Experience innovative local and international cuisine in a dreamlike atmosphere. Culinary variety is provided by the main restaurant "Green House" with a varied buffet, the à-la-carte restaurant "La Vista" with national and international specialties, the à-la-carte restaurant "Castello" with the finest Italian dishes, the à-la-carte restaurant "Panorama" with a selection of oriental menus, and a beach restaurant serving pizza. The diverse culinary offerings are complemented by a total of five different bars serving hot and cold drinks. The complex also features various shops and a disco. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area contains a total of five swimming pools (one heatable in winter; one with slides), including an Olympic-sized pool and a children's pool. A beach/snack bar is available for refreshments and light meals in between. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the hotel's own beach and at the pools.

The cozy rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace, and have a partial sea view.
Also available for single use (DE/PDE) as well as with pool view (PD).

Double Room Partial Sea View (DM)

The cozy rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace, and have a partial sea view.

Beach Front (BF2)

Same facilities as the double rooms, but in a direct beach location with sea view.
Also available for single use (BF1).

Family Room (FP2)

The family rooms consist of two interconnected rooms with one bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with a safe, satellite TV, and air conditioning and share a balcony or terrace.

In the afternoon, various snacks from 3-5 p.m. at the beach bar and ice cream from 3-5 p.m.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. - 12 a.m. All drinks are served in glasses.
