The spacious resort is located directly on the long sandy beach of the quiet and natural coastal stretch between Marsa Alam and El Quseir, with its own hotel beach and professional diving center. The magnificent house reef fascinates with its colorful underwater world and ideal diving and snorkeling conditions. The open sea can be reached via two jetties that extend beyond the reef. El Quseir center is approximately 26 km away. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 50 km away.

The vast and comfortable 5-star hotel complex offers everything a vacationer's heart desires. The total of 444 cozy rooms are spread across numerous one- to three-story buildings. The water park located directly next to the hotel offers 22 exciting attractions, including various pools, many slides, a wild water ride, a wave pool, and much more. Admission to the water park is free.

The family rooms consist of two interconnected rooms with one bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with a safe, satellite TV, and air conditioning and share a balcony or terrace.
