Location

Located directly on the long sandy beach of the quiet and natural coastal stretch between Marsa Alam and El Quseir, this sprawling resort features its own hotel beach and a professional diving center. The magnificent house reef fascinates with a colorful underwater world and ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling. The open sea can be reached via two jetties that lead past the reef. The distance to the center of El Quseir is approx. 26 km. Marsa Alam Airport is approx. 50 km away.

Facilities

The huge and comfortable 5-star hotel complex offers everything to make a vacationer's heart beat faster. The 444 cozy rooms are spread across numerous one- to three-story buildings. Experience innovative local and international cuisine in a fantastic atmosphere. Culinary diversity is provided by the main restaurant "Green House" with a varied buffet, the à-la-carte restaurant "La Vista" featuring national and international specialties, the à-la-carte restaurant "Castello" serving the finest Italian dishes, and the à-la-carte restaurant "Panorama" with a selection of oriental menus, as well as a beach restaurant serving pizza. The varied culinary offer is complemented by a total of five different bars serving hot and cold drinks. Various shops and a disco can also be found in the complex. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a total of five swimming pools (one can be heated in winter; one with slides), including an Olympic-sized pool and a children's pool. For refreshments and snacks in between, a beach/snack bar is available. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the hotel's own beach and at the pools.

The cozy rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with partial sea view.
Also bookable with pool view (PD) as well as for single use (DE/PDE).

Double Room with partial sea view (DM)

The cozy rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with partial sea view.

Beach Front (BF2)

Same facilities as the double rooms, but located directly on the beach and with sea view.

Family Room (FP2)

The family rooms consist of two interconnected rooms with one bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with a safe, satellite TV, and air conditioning and share a balcony or terrace.

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30 - 2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30 - 9 pm) served as a buffet in the main restaurant. Late-riser breakfast/snacks at the pool bar from 10 am - 12 pm.
Various snacks in the afternoon from 3-5 pm at the beach bar and ice cream from 3-5 pm.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 am - midnight. All drinks are served in glasses.
Guests may use each à-la-carte restaurant once per stay (reservation required).
Midnight snacks from 11 pm - midnight at the lobby bar.

For our younger guests, there is an integrated children's pool, a playground, and the "Akassia Kids Club" with supervised activities for 4-12 year-olds in age-appropriate groups six days a week. Additionally, there is a teen program for 13-17 year-olds during holiday periods.
A special children's buffet is available at the main restaurant for lunch and dinner.

During the day, the animation team (in international language) offers a varied sports program, and in the evening, an exciting show program.
