Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday including all inter-transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
In the morning at 5 a.m., a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable on site).
Breakfast on board. Then, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1, 2, 3), Colossi of Memnon (1, 2, 3), and the Valley of the Kings (1, 2, 3).
Lunch on board. Then continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight stay on board.

After arriving in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited there (1, 2, 3).

True Beach Village

Location

The True Beach Resort, which consists of the sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabian boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and is situated in the first beach row on a dreamy stretch of coast with a bay in front of it with crystal-clear water. Off-shore coral reefs invite you to snorkel. Marsa Alam airport is about 90 kilometers away from the hotel.

The Schauinsland-Reisen Original Hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, paired with modern Arabian accents, and thus offers a unique design in Egypt. The 5-Star complex consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, which is bookable for guests aged 16 and over. The complex has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a lobby, as well as a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar, "Sama Bar". The village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that lead through the entire complex and are simultaneously the pools of the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool that offers a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, the pool bar "Scarab Bar" as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge await you. Guests of the village section also have access to a Greek restaurant, "ILIOS", and an Asian restaurant, "NORI", both located on the beach. On the beach, the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar" also await guests. Furthermore, guests of the village section have access to the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools as well as a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. Furthermore, the complex has the pool bar "Maya", a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the village area are allowed to use both sections, but not vice-versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

With the same equipment as the 2SU, these (W2Q) are located on the beach and have access to the swim-up pool (heated) and a direct sea view.

Alternatively, guests can also enjoy a daily à la carte breakfast in the village area (adult only) in the Greek restaurant.
Snacks are offered from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the outdoor area. Tea time from 3-4 p.m. with cakes and fine pastries in the lobby bar.
