Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike stretch of coastline with a bay in front offering crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Coral reefs offshore invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sub-areas, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The complex has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both sub-areas and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and the "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is the "Sama Bar" rooftop bar. The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve as pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the "Scarab Bar" pool bar as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. On the beach, guests can also enjoy the "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the Village section have access to the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the seafood restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also features the "Maya" pool bar, a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village section can use both parts of the complex, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.
