Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning further sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Then the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Then the ship sails on to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an option for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three different decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and generously designed reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars ensure refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also has plenty of loungers for relaxation and a spacious pool with two integrated jacuzzis.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks are subject to a charge.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a late-night disco.

The tastefully furnished cabins (17 sqm) have a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, and safe. All cabins also have floor-to-ceiling windows and a French balcony.

Cabin single occupancy

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 11 sqm) and with only one bed.

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the dreamlike, hotel-owned lagoon sandy beach, offering perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty makes it easier to enter deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites spread across several buildings. The complex has a reception with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), and an Island and Kidspool (all pools are heated in winter). Restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves as an international à la carte restaurant until the evening and an Italian à la carte restaurant in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available to guests at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort has a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

Family Suite

The rooms (2FS) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but are larger (approx. 50 sqm) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

The Executive Suites have similar amenities to the Double Rooms Superior but are larger (ES2, approx. 70 sqm). The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace. Also available as swim-up rooms with direct access to the sharing pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 sqm). Additionally, these rooms have access to the shared swim-up pool. Also available for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 sqm and, with similar amenities to the Double Rooms, have a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool. The rooms are located very close to the beach. Also available at an extra charge with direct access to a private pool (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 70 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have similar amenities and additionally a balcony with a jacuzzi and sea view.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea as well as various freshly squeezed juices (7-10:30 AM and late risers' breakfast 10:30-11 AM available on request), lunch (1-3 PM) and dinner (7-10 PM) in buffet style. The following à la carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability and prior reservation): "Basilico" (7-10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30-5 PM international cuisine, 7-10 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30 PM to 10 PM and offers Asian cuisine. At the "Indigo Bar," coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3 PM to 5 PM. A midnight snack is available to guests from 11 PM to 1 AM in the Boscage Restaurant. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at one of the seven different bars (one bar is adults only). Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to midnight.

Imported alcoholic drinks are subject to a charge. Also, shisha in the evening.

Sports included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available to guests free of charge from 8 AM to 8 PM. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years. Also, tennis court (available on request, floodlights for a fee), beach volleyball, darts, boccia, mini-golf, sunset meditation, water aerobics, and aerobics.

Sports for a fee

German-speaking dive center (International Diving), various water sports activities on the beach (local providers, for a fee).

Children's program

For the little holidaymakers, the SUNRISE Kids Planet Club is available (kids' club with multilingual staff, including German). It caters to children aged 3-12 and is open every day of the week. The resort also has a children's pool, a mini disco, and a separate area in the buffet restaurant. Babysitter service is available on request for a fee.

Wellness

The spa area (10 AM to 7 PM) features a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, and Turkish bath, and also offers guests various massages. Access to the spa area is for a fee and for guests aged 16 and over. In the beauty salon, guests can find a hairdresser and various beauty treatments such as manicures/pedicures.
