The Jaz Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach in the first row of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its turtle population and has a house reef that invites snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the harbor of Port Ghalib (approx. 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly built hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the complex. These include various superior and deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very attractive, elegant design and has been conceived with great generosity. The impressive entrance area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay and features a reception with various seating areas as well as a lobby bar. The outdoor area has a large pool landscape that winds through the resort. Seven different pools await you, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests in the pool area and on the private beach section. Bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious fitness studio on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Directly adjacent is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are available.

Superior Double Room

The friendly furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU, approx. 51m²) have a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds. There is also a tea and coffee station in the room. The rooms have a terrace or balcony. Also available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also available for single use.

Superior Double Room Guaranteed Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single use (MSE).

Premium Swim-up Double Room

The Premium Swim-up Double Rooms (DWP) can be booked as schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms and have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with direct access to the shared pool. The rooms also feature the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP Treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes and slippers, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and various Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 56 sq m) and, due to their layout (a king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area), are suitable for families. Available with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as swim-up rooms (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150 sq m) and have a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.
The rooms are located on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153 sq m and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, have a king-size bed and a dining area. The rooms also have a spacious terrace with access to the private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea view.

Superior Double Room Premium (RMFA45)

With otherwise the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (7-10 p.m.) in buffet form. There is also a late riser breakfast from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. In addition, two à la carte restaurants are available to guests (reservations required), which are included once per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), but thereafter at a charge: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is offered from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Various bars offer various refreshments and snacks during the day, such as the "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar," "Fantasia Lobby Bar," and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
