Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Steigenberger Minerva and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the inbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 2:
In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West
to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning after breakfast, visit of the Habu Temple (1,2,3).
Then continue to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo where you will have free time.
Continue to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit of the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

JAZ Elite Amara Resort

The JAZ Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach in the front row of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its turtle population and has a house reef ideal for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the harbor of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

Facilities

The stylishly built hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites spread across the entire complex. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort surprises with a very appealing, elegant design and was conceived very generously. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay and has a reception with various seating areas and a lobby bar. The outdoor area features a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. Seven different pools await you, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests in the pool area and on the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious gym on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Adjacent to it is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are available.

Superior Double Room

The friendly furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU, approx. 51m²) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with either a king-size bed or two twin beds. There is also a tea and coffee station in the room. The rooms have a terrace or balcony. Also bookable for single occupancy (DSP), with side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU).

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Premium Swim-up Double Room

The Premium Swim-up Double Rooms (DWP) are bookable as schauinsland-reisen Original rooms and have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also feature the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the room
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included another time (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, the à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2), with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are larger (approx. 56m²) and suitable for families due to their layout (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Also available with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as a swim-up (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool. The rooms are on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153m² and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, feature a king-size bed and a dining set. The rooms also have a large terrace with access to the private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea view.

Superior Premium Double Room (RMFA45)

With otherwise the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (7-10 pm) in buffet style. A late riser's breakfast is also available from 10:30 am to 12 pm. Additionally, two à la carte restaurants are available to guests (reservations required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), but thereafter at a charge: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is served from 12:30 pm to 5 pm.
