Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday including all inter-hotel transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to the West Bank of Thebes to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship features a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites distributed across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxury ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
Also bookable for single occupancy (EEX).

Suite

The suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive cabins but are larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single occupancy (S1).

Economy Cabin

Same equipment as the Executive cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar equipment features as the Executive cabin and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². They also have a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal suites are located on all three decks.

Location

Built in a Moroccan style, this hotel of the renowned JAZ Hotel group is located directly on the private, long sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada airport is approx. 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity is Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars that invite you to stroll. The aqua park is approx. 3 km from the hotel.

The JAZ Makadina is nestled in a beautiful garden landscape and has 270 rooms distributed across several small buildings in the complex. In addition, the hotel is equipped with an inviting reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. For culinary variety, in addition to the show cooking in the hotel restaurant, the "Dine Around" concept of Souk Makadi is provided.
In the beautifully and spaciously designed garden area, there is the pool landscape with two swimming pools (one can be heated in winter) and a separate children's pool as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor Jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.

Family Suite Superior

The family suites (F2U) have the same equipment as the double rooms but are somewhat more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and have an additional seating/sleeping area, which is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.

Suite Superior

Family Room Deluxe

The Family Rooms Deluxe (2DF) have the same equipment as the Family Rooms Superior. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

Junior Suite with side sea view

The spacious (approx. 56 m²) and elegant Junior Suites (J2S) offer a Queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 TVs with the same equipment as the Double Superior. The Junior Suites are 56 m². They offer a variety of wonderful views and are luxuriously furnished.
