Product information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must start at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next available boarding date will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon trip (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit of the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continued journey from Esna.
Then, continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.
Lunch and dinner and overnight on board.

In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then, opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continued journey to Esna and visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse. The spacious sun deck has a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Drinks available for a fee.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The 5-star luxury hotel complex is located in the heart of the beautiful Madinat Coraya. Access to the sea is via a jetty. From here, the picturesque underwater world of Madinat Coraya can be explored. The resort also has its own sandy beach section and is only approx. 5 km from Marsa Alam Airport.

Facilities

The beautiful adults-only resort (bookable for ages 16 and up) features 290 elegantly furnished rooms and suites. The spacious reception area offers guests a reception desk and a lobby bar with seating. The hotel has a souvenir shop and a hairdresser. For the culinary well-being of the guests, there is a main restaurant and four à la carte restaurants ("Basilico"-Italian, "Rocca"-Asian, "Zaytoun"-Oriental, "Mashawi"-Seafood), offering delicious dishes. The various bars offer a wide selection of drinks.
In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five generously designed pools (partially heated in winter) and inviting sun terraces.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Royal Suite Sea View Private Pool

The Royal Suites (RSM) are luxuriously appointed and have the same amenities as the double rooms. The Royal Suite is approx. 160 m² and is additionally equipped with 2 bathrooms with bathtub, Jacuzzi, living area, sleeping area, and a terrace with a private pool.

Double Room Superior

The cozily furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are 40 m² and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, LED TV, safe, telephone (for a fee), balcony, and garden view.
Also bookable at a surcharge with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), or sea view (DMU), as well as for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).

Double Superior Swim Up

The Double Superior Swim Up rooms (DWP) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, are slightly more spacious (approx. 50 m²) and have direct pool access from the terrace.
Also bookable for single occupancy at a surcharge (EWP).

Double Deluxe Sea View

The Double Deluxe Sea View rooms (DM2) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 70 m²), and additionally feature a dressing room and a balcony.

Double Deluxe Swim-Up Room

The Double Deluxe Swim Up rooms (DWU) are bookable as Schauinsland-original rooms. They have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, are more spacious (approx. 70 m²), and have direct access to the shared pool.
Also bookable with sea view (DWS) and for single occupancy (WU1/EWS).

Double Premium Deluxe Swim Up

The Double Premium Deluxe Swim Up rooms (PWS) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 75 m²), with an integrated Jacuzzi and access to the shared pool.
Also bookable with sea view at a surcharge (DUM).

RMFA39: Double Premium Deluxe Sea View

The Double Premium Deluxe Sea View rooms are similar in amenities to the Double Superior rooms, but are larger at approx. 75m² and offer sea views (P2M).
