Location

The 5-star luxury hotel complex is located in the heart of the beautiful Madinat Coraya. Access to the sea is via a jetty. From here, the picturesque underwater world of Madinat Coraya can be discovered. The resort also has its own sandy beach section and is only approx. 5 km from Marsa Alam Airport.

Facilities

The beautiful adults-only complex (bookable from 16 years of age) has 290 elegantly furnished rooms and suites. The spacious reception area offers guests a reception and a lobby bar with seating. The hotel has a souvenir shop and a hairdresser. For guests' culinary well-being, there is a main restaurant and four à la carte restaurants ("Basilico"-Italian, "Rocca"-Asian, "Zaytoun" Oriental, "Mashawi"- Seafood), which spoil you with delicious dishes. You can get a wide selection of drinks at the various bars.
In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five generously sized pools (some heated in winter) and inviting sun terraces.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Royal Suite Sea View Private Pool

The Royal Suites (RSM) are luxuriously appointed and have the same amenities as the double rooms. The Royal Suite is approx. 160 m² and is additionally equipped with 2 bathrooms with bathtub, Jacuzzi, living area, sleeping area, and has a terrace with a private pool.

Superior Double Room

The comfortably furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are 40 m² and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, LED TV, safe, telephone (for a fee), balcony, and garden view.
Available at a surcharge also with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), or sea view (DMU) and for single use (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).

Superior Double Room Swim Up

The Superior Double Swim Up rooms (DWP) have the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, are slightly more spacious (approx. 50 m²), and have direct pool access from the terrace.
Also available for single use at a surcharge (EWP).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The Deluxe Double Sea View rooms (DM2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, are more spacious (approx. 70 m²), and additionally have a dressing room and a balcony.

The Deluxe Double Swim Up rooms (DWU) are bookable as schauinsland-original rooms. The rooms have the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, are more spacious (approx. 70 m²), and have direct access to the shared pool.

Premium Deluxe Double Room Swim Up

The Premium Deluxe Double Swim Up rooms (PWS) have the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, are more spacious (approx. 75 m²), with a private Jacuzzi (indoor) and pool access to the shared pool.

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must start at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.
