Travel information

Combined product of the MS Lady Carol Nile cruise and a beach holiday including all transfers between. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship always takes place for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay in the hotel depends on your arrival day and the boarding day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and boarding. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. Excursion by balloon at 5 am (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to Hatshepsut's Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Further sailing from Esna.
Then it continues to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.
Lunch and dinner as well as overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit to Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Sailing to Esna and visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight stay on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant with delicious dishes caters to your culinary needs. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Located in the heart of the fantastic Makadi Bay, the five-star hotel is situated directly on the hotel's own sandy beach, offering the best conditions for exploring the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea. The center of Hurghada with various shopping and entertainment opportunities is about 37 km away. Hurghada Airport is about 32 km away.

Facilities

The particularly generously designed resort complex has 465 rooms. The open reception area is equipped with a reception and seating areas. In addition to the buffet restaurant, a total of eight à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Bedouin, Mexican, Steak House, roots light & diet (each included) and the "Felucca" with seafood for a fee) cater to your culinary needs.
