Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late in the evening, sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue sailing from Esna.
Then, proceed to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.
Lunch and dinner, as well as overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then, opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continue sailing to Esna and visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious meals. The offer is complemented by cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. The spacious sun deck has a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The spacious complex of the popular Dana Beach Resort is located directly on its own sandy lagoon beach in the southern hotel zone of Hurghada. Enjoy a wonderful family holiday and experience Egyptian hospitality. The center is approx. 18 km away (limousine service for a fee). Hurghada Airport is approx. 10 km away.

The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A seawater lagoon runs from the beach through the spacious and beautifully designed garden landscape to the reception building and can be navigated by shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish lobby with a reception, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
The outdoor area features three swimming pools with integrated children's area (two heated in winter, one with water slides for children), sun terrace, and pool bar. A brand new highlight of the pool landscape is the newly built aquapark with 18 different slides for all ages (11 for adults and 7 for children), adding an extra dose of excitement and action to your holiday. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park can be booked additionally.

Double Superior Lagoon View "Chillout"

The rooms (SL2) are equipped like the double rooms, but are larger (approx. 45 m²) and have a lagoon view. On the lawn in front of the residential building, there are Bali beds, offering an exclusive chill-out option for guests in these rooms.

Double Superior Sea View

The Double Superior Sea View rooms (DMU) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Pool View rooms, but with a sea view.
