The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A seawater lagoon runs from the beach through the spacious and beautifully designed garden landscape to the reception building and can be navigated by shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish lobby with a reception, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
The outdoor area features three swimming pools with integrated children's area (two heated in winter, one with water slides for children), sun terrace, and pool bar. A brand new highlight of the pool landscape is the newly built aquapark with 18 different slides for all ages (11 for adults and 7 for children), adding an extra dose of excitement and action to your holiday. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park can be booked additionally.

The friendly furnished rooms (D, DB) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (soft drinks and water included), kettle, and safe, as well as a balcony or terrace. They are approx. 25-30 m² in size.

The rooms (SL2) are equipped like the double rooms, but are larger (approx. 45 m²) and have a lagoon view. On the lawn in front of the residential building, there are Bali beds, offering an exclusive chill-out option for guests in these rooms.

The Double Superior Sea View rooms (DMU) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Pool View rooms, but with a sea view.

Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in the Water Valley) is available for a fee at many hotels. The park features over 100 different water attractions for guests of all ages. The price of €70 for adults and €35 for children up to 11 years old (from Summer 2026: €75 for adults and €38 for children) includes daily free entry with snacks and soft drinks, as well as transfer to/from the hotel.

For the little ones, there is a mini club (4-12 years), a separate children's pool (pool with slides), a playground, soft drinks, ice cream, and a children's corner during dinner. Newly built aqua park with 11 different slides.
