Location

The modern 5-star hotel complex in oriental style is located in the idyllic and exclusive oasis of Abu Soma. The resort impresses with its location directly on the hotel's own sandy beach, which is approx. 200 m long. In Soma Bay there are fantastic coral reefs that invite you to snorkel and dive. The nearest town with entertainment and shopping facilities, as well as a hotel promenade with shops, is just a few steps away from the hotel. The center of Safaga is about 5 km away. The distance to Hurghada Airport is approx. 52 km.

The Amarina Abu Soma Resort has 392 stylishly furnished rooms, spread across six different buildings in the hotel complex.
The hotel welcomes its guests in an elegant lobby with a reception, seating areas, and a lobby bar. Explore the gastronomic offerings in one of the four restaurants. The main restaurant offers a varied international buffet, while the three à la carte restaurants serve oriental, Italian, or Asian cuisine. Enjoy a drink at one of the ten different bars, all serving the most delicious drinks at different times. The well-maintained outdoor area has five pools, some of which can be heated in winter. The aqua park with seven water slides and a children's pool with a mini aqua park ensure plenty of water fun for young and old. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge for guests by the pool and on the beach. There are also various small shops (mini-market, boutique, jeweler) in the complex where guests can browse in the evening. The hotel also has its own hairdresser and a discotheque (for ages 16 and over).

Double Room

The friendly furnished double rooms (D) are approx. 30 m² in size and equipped with WC/shower, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee) and balcony or terrace.
Also bookable with sea view (DM) or pool view (PD) and for single occupancy (DE, PDE, DEM) for an additional charge.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU) have similar amenities to the double rooms but are larger (approx. 35-40m²).
Also bookable with pool view (DSP) and for single occupancy (DEU, ESP).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the double rooms but are larger (approx. 36-42m²).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DD1).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the double rooms but are larger (approx. 36-42 m²) and have two bedrooms separated by a sliding door. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two single beds.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) have the same amenities as the double rooms but have a limited contingent and a special price.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, each in buffet form at the main restaurant "Elements Restaurant".
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at one of the three à la carte restaurants (reservation required; for a minimum stay of 5 days, dinner at the à la carte restaurant is included once per stay). Choose between the following restaurants: "Chopstick" with Asian cuisine, "Luca Toni" with Italian cuisine, or "Zeina" with oriental cuisine.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to midnight at the respective open bars.

Sports Included

Water aerobics, aerobics, darts, boccia, billiards, beach volleyball, water polo, table tennis.
The fitness room is open between 7 AM and 7 PM (sports shoes are mandatory here).

Sports for a Fee

Water sports and diving center (PADI certified) can be found on the beach (local provider, for a fee).

Children's Program

For children aged 4-12, various program items are available in the hotel's own mini club. The language and opening hours vary depending on the season and occupancy. There is also a playground, a children's pool with a mini aqua park, and a separate children's corner has been built in the restaurant.
Baby cots are also available free of charge upon request.
