The luxurious facility comprises two stylishly designed buildings – the charming Seville Building, renovated in 2014, and the modern 11-story Bungalow Building. A total of 294 rooms and suites, as well as 28 exclusive bungalows, await you. Among the numerous amenities are the gourmet market "Market at Edition" with a café and views of Collins Avenue, the elegant restaurant and bar "Matador Room," and the "Matador Terrace" with a magnificent sea view. The Entertainment Area offers a bowling alley, an ice rink, and the vibrant "Basement" nightclub. Additionally, there is an outdoor cinema and a garden area with two beautifully landscaped freshwater swimming pools, cabanas, and an inviting lounge area. Directly on the beach, two loungers per room are available free of charge at the Beach Bar and Grill (additional loungers at a fee). Beach games for rent, as well as refreshing water and fresh fruit, are also offered.

Standard Room King

These stylish rooms in the tower building are approx. 35-40 sqm and offer a comfortable king-size bed. Equipped with an elegant marble bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, vanity mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers, they also feature a desk, telephone, radio, iPod docking station, Bluetooth speaker, alarm clock, minibar, iron/ironing board, internet access, TV, and safe. Rooms with city view (City View King) or ocean view (Ocean View King) are also available at an additional charge.

Deluxe Room King

These rooms are equipped like the Standard Rooms, but are more spacious at approx. 58 sqm.

Oceanfront King Room

Similar to the Standard Rooms, but with a balcony and direct sea view.

Oceanfront Suite

These spacious suites are approx. 59-73 sqm and offer a balcony with direct sea view and a separate living room with a comfortable seating area, desk, and two telephones. The remaining amenities are equivalent to those of the City View King rooms.
