The luxurious property comprises two stylishly designed buildings – the charming Seville Building, renovated in 2014, and the modern 11-story Bungalow Building. In total, there are 294 rooms and suites, as well as 28 exclusive bungalows. Numerous amenities include the gourmet market "Market at Edition" with a café overlooking Collins Avenue, the elegant "Matador Room" restaurant and bar, and the "Matador Terrace" offering magnificent sea views. The entertainment area features a bowling alley, an ice-skating rink, and the vibrant "Basement" nightclub. Additionally, an outdoor cinema and a garden area with two beautifully landscaped freshwater swimming pools, cabanas, and an inviting lounge area await you. Directly on the beach, the Beach Bar and Grill offers two complimentary loungers per room (additional loungers available for a fee). Beach games for rent, as well as refreshing water and fresh fruit, are also provided.

Standard Room King

These stylish rooms in the tower building are approx. 35-40 sqm and feature a comfortable king-size bed. Equipped with an elegant marble bathroom including a rain shower, toilet, vanity mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers, they also include a desk, telephone, radio, iPod docking station, Bluetooth speaker, alarm clock, minibar, iron/ironing board, internet access, TV, and safe. Rooms with city view (City View King) or ocean view (Ocean View King) are available upon request for an additional charge.

Deluxe Room King

These rooms are equipped similarly to the Standard Rooms but are more spacious, measuring approx. 58 sqm.

Oceanfront King Room

Similar to the Standard Rooms, but with a balcony and direct ocean view.

Oceanfront Suite

These spacious suites are approx. 59-73 sqm and feature a balcony with direct ocean views, as well as a separate living room with a comfortable seating area, desk, and two telephones. The remaining amenities are similar to those of the City View King rooms.
