The hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Bahía Petempich bay near Puerto Morelos on the Riviera Maya. Cancun International Airport is about 20 minutes away.

The outdoor area includes 5 spacious pools, including children's and swim-up areas, a modern spa, a fully equipped fitness center, 2 tennis courts, and the "Star Camp" children's club. Premium Double Room Pool View

The rooms are modernly furnished and feature a bathroom with a shower. Further amenities include one king-size or two queen-size beds, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, flat-screen TV, a safe, and a daily replenished minibar. All rooms have a balcony or terrace (PPD/1PP). Also available at an additional cost as Swim-Up rooms with direct pool access (RU2).
Rooms with direct pool access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Junior Suite Pool View

With the same amenities as the Premium double rooms but more spacious (J2P/J1P). Also bookable with sea view at an additional cost (JOV). Also bookable with direct pool access at an additional cost (2YZ).

Corner Suite Ocean Front

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite but more spacious. Furthermore, the rooms are located directly by the sea and offer a terrace (CSZ).

One Bedroom Family Pool View

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite, but the room is divided into two areas. In addition to the queen-size bed, there is also a sofa bed or 2 single beds. All rooms have a balcony (FP2).

The approx. 58 m² rooms are located on the 4th floor and offer a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with a sofa bed, a queen-size bed, air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, safe, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (2FM/1FM).

These are also approx. 58 m² in size and are located near the children's pool. Further amenities include a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with single beds, a queen-size bed, air conditioning, safe, TV, shower/WC, a whirlpool bathtub in the room, and a balcony or terrace (2FP/1FP).

Penthouse Suite Ocean Front (CUN226I)

With approx. 231 m², these suites offer plenty of space, are located on the 4th floor, and are close to the beach. Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which may cause slight background noise.
