The resort is located directly on the long, fine sandy beach of the Riviera Maya. Numerous restaurants and entertainment venues are a 15-minute drive away. The airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

The complex has 715 rooms spread over 7 floors, a reception area with a desk, various bars, including a lobby bar or pool bar. The gastronomic facilities include a buffet restaurant and 4 à la carte restaurants. There are 2 infinity pools in the outdoor area. Sun loungers and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.
