The resort is located directly on the long, fine sandy beach of the Riviera Maya. Numerous restaurants and entertainment options are a 15-minute drive away. The airport is approx. 15 minutes away by car.

The complex has 715 rooms spread over 7 floors, a reception area with a front desk, various bars, including a lobby bar or pool bar. The dining facilities include a buffet restaurant and 4 à la carte restaurants. There are 2 infinity pools in the outdoor area. Sun loungers and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Hotels in Mexico will gradually be introducing an "Eco-Tax".

A tourism tax came into force on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos or approx. 12 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned length of stay in the country.
