The rooms have two queen-size beds or one king-size bed, air conditioning, LCD cable TV (55-inch), telephone, bathroom with bathtub or shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe (for a fee), mini-fridge, and a balcony facing the garden.

Superior Room Ocean View

These rooms have the same amenities as the garden-view rooms but face the sea and offer sea views.

Deluxe Room

The Deluxe rooms are more modern and are located in the rear part of the complex, near the swimming pool, offering guests a garden view.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a booking of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

All Inclusive

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Note

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
